摘要
目的:分析患者在实际住院过程中,影响手术患者平均住院日的主要环节以及
原因,为医院管理者提供有针对性的建议,以提高医院工作效率,患者减轻经济负
担,实现社会、患者、医院“三赢”。方法:对新疆某三甲医院 2008 年 1 月至 12 月
子宫平滑肌瘤摘除术、慢性胆囊炎伴胆结石摘除术、单纯性甲状腺切除术、膝关节
置换术患者单纯随机抽样各 50 例,采用回顾性研究对样本患者住院诊疗流程进行评
估分析,评估其必要住院日、适宜住院日,最终确定出标准住院日,运用 EXCEL 软
件进行数据录入录入及整理, 软件对收集资料进行描述性统计和方差分析。
结果: 4 个手术病种均存在等待时间长,入院、出院标准不统一等现象。

性胆囊炎伴胆结石摘除术患者实际平均住院日(±)天,确定其标准住院日
8 天;单纯性甲状腺切除术患者实际平均住院日(±)天,确定其标准住院日
6 天;膝关节置换术患者实际平均住院日(±)天,确定其标准住院日 10
天。、适宜住院日标准评估出的 4 种手术患者必要住院费用、
适宜住院费用与实际出院费用均有统计学差异(P<)。结论:通过管理手段缩短
平均住院日可以为患者降低经济费用,医院提高日均业务费用,加快病床周转,多
收治患者,实现卫生服务总目标,促进医院发展内涵建设。

The Research of Assessing Hospitalization Procedure of
Surgery Patients in Shorten Hospital Stay

Abstract
Objective: Analyze the reasons caused the long hospital stay,and offer the
suggestions for intendant of the nation,patient and hospital could all
benefit from the suggestions. Methods: Assess hospitalization procedure of leiomyoma
surgery ,cholelithiasis surgery, simple goiter surgery , knee prosthesis surgery patients’
fifity case histories respectively from Jan to Dec in 2008,in a three level of first-class
hospital of xinjiang,to assess necessary hospital stay,suitble hospital stay and standard
hospital the retrospective study, descriptive statistics analysis by , and
completely random design data’s ANOVA.. Results: are some problems in the
process,such as waiting for a long time, no consistent discharge standard
surgery’s actual average hospital stay ± days. After evaluating, determine the
