自我同情是心理学研究中的一个新兴领域,国外已有充分的实证基础表明其
对于增加个体幸福感、创造积极健康进步的生活具有重要意义。本研究目的在于
探讨大学生自我同情发展特点及其与人格、应对方式和助人行为的关系,为青年
学生自我健康成长和更好的融入社会提供科学依据。借鉴鉴国内外已有研究成果,
为了综综合理解自我同情的内涵及其与个体行为表现的关系,本研究从个体的特质
自我同情和状态自我同情两个水平收集数据,以《大学生自我同情问卷》、《简式
大五人格问卷(NEO-FFI )》、《应对方式问卷》、《自尊量表(SES )》和模拟助人情
境为研究工具,以共计 918 名大学本科生和研究生为被试,采用问卷调查和实验
设计相结结合的方法,得出以下研究结结论:
1. 对 611 名大学生被试的调查显示,自我同情在总体水平上存在专业差异,
不存在显著的性别差异,但具体到各维维度上存在不同程度的差异。
2. 大学生自我同情与求助、解决问题等积极应对方式显著正相关,与退避、
合理化、自责、幻想等消极应对方式显著负相关。
3. 大学生自我同情与神经质人格特质存在很高的负相关,与开放性、外倾性、
宜人性和责任心人格特质显著正相关。
4. 人格特质能够显著影响自我同情的各个维维度,外倾性、宜人性和责任心除
了直接对自我同情产生影响外,还通过自责对其产生显著的间接影响。
5. 实验室诱发的状态自我同情与助人行为倾向显著正相关。
6. 是自我同情而非自尊,对助人行为倾向具有显著的正向影响。

Abstract

passion is an emerging field of psychological research, a large number
of findings show that it has great important significance in increasing individual
happiness and creating a positive and healthy life. The study aims at exploring the
characteristics of college students’ passion and the relationships among
passion, personality, coping styles and helping behaviors, so that providing
some scientific references for college students’ self-healthy growth, coping ability
improvement and better integration into the society.
In order prehensively understand the passion implication and
the relation between it and individual behaviors, this study collected data from two
perspectives of individual trait and state, based on summarizing the domestic and
abroad documents of passion researches so far. Using experiment research
and investigation, 918 graduate and undergraduate students from 3 universities were
