民族高校研究生就业问题研究——以中南民族大学为例

摘要

民族高校是党和国家为解决民族问题、培养少数民族干部而创立的社会主义
新型高等院校,是培养少数民族高素质人才的重要基地,而民族高校研究生又是
民族地区发展的中坚力量。关注民族高校研究生就业,对促进社会政治、经济、
科技、文化建设有着十分重要意义,也有助于完善民族高校研究生就业工作、促
进民族高校研究生成长成才。针对民族高校研究生就业的实际情况,本文重点研
究以下四个问题:
民族高校研究生就业观及其特点。以中南民族大学在校研究生为例,通过问
卷调查法、访谈法等方法,既调查了在校研究生的就业目的、就业去向、就业地
区、专业是否对口、工作单位和期望薪资等内容,又通过分析该校研究生近三年
来毕业生就业去向,总结了民族高校研究生就业观、就业流向的特点。
民族高校研究生就业存在的问题。包括一般性就业问题、结构性就业问题、
职业选择性就业问题。
民族高校研究生就业问题产生的原因。主要包括四个方面:社会原因、用人
单位存在的问题、民族高校本身的问题和研究生自身的不足。
民族高校研究生充分就业的对策。重点提出了以下对策:国家应把民族高校
研究生教育作为“特区”来建设;地方政府应采取特殊优惠措施,并完善奖励制
度;民族高校重在打造学科优势;民族高校研究生则重在就业力的提升。

Abstract

The national university is the party and the country the socialism new institutions
of higher learning which for the solution nationality question, the raise national
minority cadre establishes, is the raise national minority high quality talented person's
important base, but the national university graduate students also are the multi-national
area development nuclei. The attention nationality university graduate students get
employed, to promotes the social politics, the economy, the science and technology, the
cultural reconstruction to have the extremely vital significance, also is helpful in the
consummation nationality university graduate students gets employed the work, the
promotion nationality university graduate students grows matures. The actual
situation gets employed which in view of the national university graduate students with
emphases, this article studies following four questions :
The national university graduate students get employed the view and the
