摘要
随着我国经济社会的快速发展,各行各业对高层次应用型专门人才的需求持续增
长,为适应国家经济建设和社会发展对高层次应用型人才的迫切需求,教育部决定自
2009 年起,扩大招收以应届本科毕业生为主的全日制专业学位硕士的范围,此后继续逐
年调整,逐步实现将硕士研究生教育从以培养学术型人才为主向以培养应用型人才为主
的转变。伴随着全日制专业学位硕士规模的不断扩大,管理中存在的诸多问题也日益凸
现出来,因此,研究我国全日制专业学位硕士的管理问题成为时代的需要。
本文共分五部分:
第一部分,即绪论,主要介绍了本文的研究背景与研究意义、文献综述、基本概念、
研究方法等。
第二部分,介绍了我国全日制专业学位硕士研究生概述。通过全日制专业学位硕士
教育的发展历程,阐述了我国全日制专业学位硕士及其管理的特征,凸现专业学位硕士
管理和学术型硕士管理的不同,并从社会和个人两方面呈现出设置全日制专业学位硕士
教育的价值。
第三部分,介绍了我国全日制专业学位硕士管理的现状。通过采用问卷调查、访谈
的方法阐述了全日制专业学位硕士在招生管理、日常管理、教学科研管理、导师管理、
专业实践等方面的现状。
第四部分,分析了我国全日制专业学位硕士管理中的问题及原因。从管理理念、管
理手段、管理过程、管理对象等方面对我国全日制专业学位硕士管理中存在的问题进行
阐述。进而从全日制专业学位硕士扩招、管理者、导师、管理对象自身等几个方面对全
日制专业学位硕士管理中存在的问题进行原因分析。
第五部分,针对第四部分所呈现的问题,提出了改进全日制专业学位硕士管理的对
策。更新管理理念、完善管理制度、改进管理方法,促进全日制专业学位硕士教育的可
持续发展。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the national economy,high-level professional talents were needed in all
trades and professions order to supply high-level professional talents for the China's economic
construction and social development,Ministry of Education mainly recruiting fresh graduates to expand the
scope of full-time professional master's degree since 2009,then continued adjusting it annually,change the
master's postgraduate education from cultivating Academic Master's Degree to Professional Master's
Degree the continuously expanding of full-time professional master's degree scale,various
problems under the full-time professional master's degree education e study of full-time
professional master's degree management is the demand of this century.
This thesis consists of five parts:
The first part is an introduction,mainly introduces the background and the significance of the
research,relevant overviews,the core concepts,the methods of the research and so on..
