目前世界各国的教育日益重视效能领域的研究,自 20 世纪 80 年代以来,我国学者开
始了对本国教育效能的研究,在对教育效能的理论展开讨论的同时,也在一定范围内对学
校效能进行了实验和改革。国外教育效能成果为我国教育如何更加有效发展提供了借鉴,
但由于我国教育效能研究起步晚,我国的教育效能理论研究还不够深入和全面,教育效能
研究还有许多没有涉足的领域。
本文正视世界教育效能发展的趋势,从我国教育效能发展与改革的诉求出发,以教育
效能理论为基础,运用文献、访谈调查、观察等研究方法,从影响小学教师教学效能因素
的界定着手,探讨我国城市公办小学教师教学效能影响因素结构体系,并对辽宁省城市公
办小学教师教学效能的现状进行考察,找出存在的问题并分析其原因,提出我国城市公办
小学教师教学效能改进的对策。本研究具体分为四个部分:
第一部分是引言,主要介绍了本文的选题背景、研究目的、研究内容、文献综述、研
究意义、以及研究思路与研究方法。在研究综述中,主要从关于教育效能的研究,关于学
校效能的研究(或学校教育效能的研究),关于教学效能的研究,关于教师教学效能的研
究等四个方面进行综述,明确了本研究的理论价值和实践意义。
第二部分是我国城市公办小学教师教学效能研究的相关理论概述。主要对效能、教育
效能、学校效能、教学效能、教师教学效能和小学教师教学效能等相关概念进行界定;对
影响小学教师教学效能因素的体系进行分析建构。
第三部分是对城市公办小学教师教学效能的影响因素分析。这一部分主要是运用第二
部分所建构的影响小学教师教学效能因素的结构体系,对国外和国内小学教师教学效能的
影响因素进行评析。
第四部分是我国城市公办小学教师教学效能的现状、问题及对策。这一部分主要是运
用第二部分所建构的影响小学教师教学效能因素的结构体系对当前辽宁省城市公办小学
教师教学效能现状进行梳理,找出辽宁省城市公办小学教师教学效能存在的问题,分析其
原因,并针对这些问题提出改进我国城市公办小学教师教学效能的对策。
