摘要
近年来,随着国际企业社会责任运动的发展和我国对外交流的不断深入,企业社会责
任理念和思想引入我国,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。企业社会责任运动中的一个最重要
的方面是对劳工权益的保护,所以企业社会责任运动的开展在很大程度上可以促进企业重
视劳动者权益的保护。目前我国进城农民工数量庞大,他们已经成为我国企业劳动者的主
力军,然而,农民工在为我国城市经济发展做出重大贡献的同时,其合法的劳动权益却经
常受到侵害:企业支付给农民工的工资水平十分低下,甚至恶意拖欠农民工的工资,肆无
忌惮的延长他们的工作时间,不提供应有的劳动安全防护设施和劳保用品,不与农民工签
订劳动合同,不参加法定的社会保险等等,这就有违与我们所倡导的企业社会责任的建设。
本文从企业社会责任的角度研究我国农民工劳动权益保护问题,按照引出问题,提出问题,
分析问题,解决问题的逻辑思路,阐述了企业社会责任的相关理论和企业社会责任国际标
准,揭露了我国企业侵害农民工劳动权益的现状,在此基础上分析了制约企业对农民工承
担社会责任的内、外因素,并从企业自身、政府和社会促进等方面多角度的提出了相应的
对策建议,以期通过企业社会责任的履行来保护农民工劳动权益,构建和谐的劳动关系,
实现企业利益与农民工利益的双赢,促进社会和谐与社会文明的发展。

Abstract
In recent years,as the international corporate social responsibility campaign development
and the deepening of China's foreign exchange,corporate social responsibility concepts and
ideas were introduced into China which aroused widespread of the most
important aspects in corporate social responsibility campaign is the protection of labor rights,
therefore the corporate social responsibility campaign launched can promote corporate to pay
attention in large part to the protection of labor present,the large number of Chinese
migrant workers has already e the main force of China's enterprises ,
migrant workers in the economic development of China's cities have made major contributions,
their legal labor rights are frequently violated:the wage level of migrant workers is very low,
pany are even malicious behind in laborer's payment,unscrupulous extend their work
time,they don’t provide the proper security facilities and labor insurance supplies,don’t sign
labor contracts with migrant workers,and don’t participate in legal social security,etc. These
are contrary to what we have advocated the construction of corporate social
thesis studied on the protection of labor rig
