六安市土地集约利用评价研究

摘要
目前我国城市化进程进入加速发展时期,城市发展中各项建设用地扩张迅速,城
市土地粗放利用的现象十分严重,加剧了我国的人地矛盾。由于我国土地资源短缺,
城市化经济增长方式必然面临由粗放型向集约型的根本性转变。所以,无论从保护土
地资源、城市发展和城市土地合理配置的角度,还是从经济增长方式最佳化的角度,
土地集约利用的研究都显得十分重要。
本文的研究目的是在吸取国内外土地集约利用相关理论、研究方法的基础上,建
立建设用地和农用地的评价指标体系和评价指标,以六安市为例,经过指标量化及计
算,得出六安市建设用地及农用地的集约水平的结论,并根据结论提出若干思考。研
究方法涉及了经济学、土地规划学、城市规划学、生态学、高等数学等相关学科,全
面的展开对土地集约利用的理论、模式及评价进行研究。研究结果是通过与整个安徽
省比较,得出六安市集约利用水平不高,但呈现提高的趋势。研究结论是针对建设用
地和农用地各自的特点,提出六安市应合理空间布局,盘活有限的存量土地,促进土
地集约利用与可持续的发展,为六安市有好又快的社会发展奠定基础,提供扎实的后
盾力量。

Abstract 
China's  urbanization  process  comes  into the period of  accelerated development 
now, the rapid expansion of construction land and land­extensive use Exacerbate the 
contradiction  between  the  people  of  our  country.  Because  of  the  shortage  of  land 
resources, economic growth is bound to face from extensive to intensive. Therefore, 
whether from the protection of land resources, urban development and the perspective 
of the rational allocation of    land, or from economic growth from the perspective of 
optimizing, intensive use of urban land is very important. 
Purpose of  this  study  is  to  establish evaluation  index  system  and  evaluation  in 
Lu'an  City  based  on the theory  of  intensive  land  use  at  home  and  abroad,  research 
methods,  after  a  quantified  and  calculated  and  obtain  the  intensive  level  of 
agricultural  and  construction  land.  Research  method  involves  economics,  land 
planning, urban planning, ecology, mathematics and other related disciplines, with a 
comprehensive theory of intensive land use, patterns and evaluation. Compared with 
the Anhui  Province,  the results  show that intensive use of  Lu'an  level  is  not  high, 
but the present trend of increase.
