工商管理类大学生综合素质评价与职业匹配研究
摘要
在竞争激烈、生存压力日益增大的今天,人们渐渐地走入了一个“误区”——“先就
业后择业”,而忽视了选择适合自己职业的重要性。工商管理类大学生是我国重要的管理
类人力资源,他们就业后能否做好本职工作,能否发挥潜能,将对所在单位产生重要影响。
为了使更多的工商管理类大学生选择到适合自己的职业,本文将所有工商管理类大学
生能从事的职业分为四类:技术类、管理类、安全稳定类和自主独立类职业,借鉴生态位
态势理论,构建了工商管理类大学生综合素质和职业评价模型,研究该类大学生与四类职
业的简单匹配,并对该类大学生与职业之间的深度匹配关系进行了探索和检验。
本文借鉴生态位态势理论思想,从态和势两方面构建了工商管理类大学生生态位评价
指标体系与模型,对 300 位工商管理类大学生进行了问卷调查,回收有效问卷 280 份,运
用德尔菲法和序关系分析法(G1-法)确定各指标权重,并运用层次分析法计算得出该类大
学生个体生态位的值;提出了职业种群假说,阐述了职业种群特点,构建了职业生态位评
价指标体系与模型,对 350 位四类职业从业者进行了问卷调查,回收有效问卷共 281 份,
运用德尔菲法、层次分析法和突变模型,得到相应的生态位数值;探讨了工商管理类大学
生与四类职业的匹配关系。

RESEARCH ON EVALUATION AND MATCHING OF
VOCATION AND STUDENTS’ QUALITIES OF
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
ABSTRACT
With the petition and the increasing pressure to survive, people e
into a “misunderstanding”——“employment first and choice after”, while ignoring the
importance of their choices to a suitable vocation to themselves. The students of Business
Administration are an important category of human resources management. Whether they can do
well and develop their potential after employed will have a major impact on their units.
In order to make more students of business administration to choose a fit occupation, in this
paper, vocation which all students of Business Administration can do was divided into four
categories: technology, management, security and stability, and independence vocation. In this
paper, the niche theory was referred to, the models of evaluation of vocation and qualities of
students of Business Administration were constructed, the primary and advanced match to the
students and four categories of vocations were studied.
