摘要
国家发展,人才是关键。人才的培养直接关系到我国社会主义的经济建设。
大学生是我国的高层次人才的重要组成部分,肩负着建设祖国的重要任务,大学
生综合素质的高低,将直接影响到我国的科技进步和现代化进程。近年来,随着
我国市场经济体制的建立和完善,我国的高等教育事业也得到了日新月异的发
展,伴随高校学生规模不断扩大,毕业生在就业时的竞争也日益激烈。通过对用
人单位企业的调查中发现,对于目前的大学生录用原则,学已经不仅仅是录用学生的唯一原则,而对学生综合素质的考量才是是否录用大
学生的关键考虑因素。
在这种背景下,本文首先阐述了学生综合素质评价的理论基础,在此基础上,
以企业单位对大学生的能力素质需求为导向,结合传统的素质评价系统,运用文
献分析法、问卷调查法、德尔菲法、层次分析法、模糊综合评判方法,针对理工
类院校语言专业特点,建立了理工类院校语言专业大学生的综合素质评价体系,
并结合华北电力大学语言专业学生进行了实例分析,在评价体系建立后有针对地
提出了提升大学生各项能力素质的方法。评价体系的建立以社会需求为导向,为
更加全面地、客观地评价语言专业学生的综合素质奠定了基础,提升策略途径的
提出则为今后院系的学生管理与素质教育工作提供了很好的参考和借鉴。
本文的创新之处主要表现为,一是结合社会需要和语言专业的特点,提出了
就业能力与学生的身心素质、思想道德素质等素质内容并列对学生进行评价,充
分考虑了用人单位对当代大学生的能力素质需求。二是结合语言专业特点和建立
的评价体系,给出了大学生提升综合素质能力的途径,为理工类院校的语言专业
提供了参考。

Abstract
As it is known to all, the talented person is a key to the national development.
The raise of talented person can be directly related with our economic development.
The university students are ponents of our country’s top level talented
persons; they take the important task of building the motherland. The level of
comprehensive quality of students will directly affect China's scientific and
technological progress and modernization. In recent years, with China's market
economy system and improvement, the high-level education in China has also been
developed rapidly, expanding college students, graduates in employment in the
increasingly petition. Followed with the expansion of the university student
scale, petition of graduate's in employment time also e more intense
day by day.
In this context, the paper first described the theoretical basis prehensive
