文档介绍:异步电动机毕业论文电磁设计计算摘要本文主要针对 Y2-200L-4 型电机进行了电磁设计和计算。首先基于设计任务书给定的参数并结合相关的技术条件确定了与 Y2-200L- 4 电机的电磁性能有关的主要尺寸,选择定、转子的槽数及槽配合,用 CAD 绘制出定、转子的槽型和线圈尺寸图,槽型分布图及绕组分布图。计算出每相串联导体数,串联匝数,槽满率等基本量,然后据此选定有关的材料。再在 MATLAB 中编程进行该电机的电磁计算,反复调整有关参数,使其技术指标符合任务书的要求,最终设计出符合任务书规定技术要求的电机。关键词: Y2-200L- 4; 定转子; 绕组分布; 电磁设计计算兰州交通大学毕业设计(论文) -1- Abstract This articl e mainl y abou t ic design and calculation of Y2-200L-4 motor . First it determined the main dimensions related to the ic properties of the Y2-200L-4 motor based on the parameters of dsign task and technical conditions. Then it selected the number of slots of stator and rotor and right slots. Inot only used CAD to draw size chart of stator, rotor and coil but also draw distribution of groove and winding. I calculated some basic amount such as the number of conductors in series per phase and slot fill factor. Then I selected the related materials. I pleted the ic calculations of this motor in MATLAB. Then I adjusted the parameters repeatedly. I did a lotof work to make its technical indicators meet the requirements of the mission statement. In the last I designed the motor that meet the requirements of the mission statement.
