论文提要
本文主题是从企业微观角度研究国内银行在引进外资股权投资中如何有效地提
高利用外资质量。
本文首先通过理论文献研究,建立初步的体系。据此指导对国内实践的分析,并
依据实践完善体系,弥补单纯理论研究的不足。在此二者的基础上,提出研究命题,
进行实证检验(包括统计数据、案例和问卷调查)。最后,形成结论和建议。
本文的主要结论包括:中国银行业利用外资具有必然性。引进外资股权投资,是
有效的战略选择。利用外资不是“一引就灵”。从企业微观角度,提炼、概括了国内
银行引进外资股权投资、提高利用外资质量问题的内涵。本文提出和经实证验证的
28 个研究命题,针对了提高国内银行利用外资质量的关键点、难点和相对应的措施
建议,建立起相对完整的理论体系。此外,本文还提出了 8 个方面的观点和建议。
本文最重要的创新在于比较率先地就国内银行引进外资股权投资、提高利用外资
质量问题从企业微观角度提出了一个系统地理论体系,包括内涵、目标、关键点、方
法、措施和途径等,且研究方法完备、科学,弥补了过往理论研究的不足、填补了空
白,也为我们在实际利用外资及其后续管理工作中提供了明晰、具体、有针对性的参
考。

Abstract
The main topic of this thesis is that the domestic banks introduced in foreign equity
investment and improve the quality of the foreign investment utilization effectively based
on the micro-enterprises point of view.
In this thesis, first, we through the theory and literature research to set up a initial
system. Then, use it to guide the analysis of domestic practice, and improve it based on the
practice, make up the limitation of mere theoretical research. Integrate both of above work,
we proposed some propositions, and examine it through empirical research (including
statistical data, cases and questionnaire). Finally, we got the conclusions and
mendations.
The main conclusions of this thesis include: It’s inevitable for China's banking sector
to use foreign investment. The introduction of foreign equity investment is an effective
choice of strategy. The use of foreign investment won’t achieve its goal only by just
introduced in. Based on the micro-enterprises point of view, we refined and summarized
the connotations of domestic banks introduced in foreign equity investment and improve
the quality of utilization. The 28 Propositions which verified by empirical research,
effectively deal with the key and di
