基于成就动机的大学生创业意愿影响因素研究

摘要
随着各高校的扩招,大学生就业市场竞争的日趋激烈,就业问题已成为国家、
社会、学生及家长人人都很关心的一个问题,也致使创业成为了不少大学生毕业就
业的选择之一。创业作为一种大胆的尝试已经成为推动我国知识经济发展的重要因
素。国外对于创业研究开展较早,对大学生创业研究也有 20 多年的历史,且发展到
了一定的规模,而我国大学生创业研究尚处于起步阶段,需引起足够的重视,并进
行不断的探索。
本研究主要研究大学生的个体品质对创业意愿的影响。包括成就动机、创业态
度、风险倾向、创业能力、创业知识五个因素对大学生创业意愿的影响。研究发现,
成就动机对创业态度的关系系数达 ,影响非常显著,而创业态度对创业意愿的
相关系数为 ,说明成就动机对创业态度的影响较强。在理论模型的基础上,通
过实证检验,增加了成就动机对创业能力的直接影响。
本研究以成就动机为基础,引入风险倾向变量,构建了大学生创业意愿影响因素
关系模型,在理论研究的基础上进行了实证检验,取得了预期的效果。
最后,本文研究表明,大学生成就动机通过创业态度间接影响创业意愿;创业
态度、风险倾向、创业能力三个因素对大学生创业意愿影响的回归系数分别为、
和 ;创业能力对创业意愿影响较小,创业知识对创业意愿的影响不显著。

Abstract
With the expansion of the university, graduated students employment market
competition es increasingly fierce; the employment problem has already caused
many concerns from the government, society, students and their parents, and also made it
e one of the options to start their own business. As a bold attempt, entrepreneurship
has e an important factor to promote the development of knowledge economy. The
research about entrepreneurship in the western countries had been a long term, and the
researches about student entrepreneurship have more than 20 years of history. But our
studies about students’ entrepreneurship are still in the starting stage, which should cause
enough attention, and need continuous exploration.
This research mainly studies the individual character’ influence on students’
entrepreneurial motivation, including five factors of achievement motivation,
entrepreneurial attitude, risk tendency, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial
knowledge. Research found that coefficient of achievement motive on entrepreneurial
