中国钢铁企业ERP项目实施优化研究

摘要

近年来随着经济全球化的愈演愈烈,中国钢铁行业正处于业务重组和整合的
十字路口,面对企业转型的压力,信息化能否帮助企业实现管理创新、改善管理
效率,最终提升企业的竞争力,已成为钢铁企业当下的重要课题。本文拟通过对
钢铁企业 ERP 系统建设经验及应用的分析研究,寻找适合中国钢铁企业的 ERP
项目实施的较优方法论及 ERP 系统架构。
本文根据 ERP 相关理论基础,综述了国外发达国家钢铁企业信息化发展历
程,以及中国钢铁企业信息化现状,深刻分析了中国钢铁企业在 ERP 系统实施应
用中现存的问题及特征。同时以 XX 钢铁企业 ERP 二期项目实施为背景,全面详
述以流程驱动的 ERP 实施方法论 AVE for SAP 在项目实施全过程的应用,凭借
Weaver 先进的技术平台,通过 ARIS 与 Solution Manager 的无缝集成,为
企业打造了一个业务流程平台支持下的数字化企业,使 IT 系统决策来源于业务流
程并回归到业务流程中。
XX 钢铁企业是中国特大型钢铁联合企业之一,其信息化发展在中国钢铁企
业具有一定的代表性,因此,随着 XX 钢铁企业 ERP 二期项目的成功实施及应用,
其成功经验对中国钢铁企业信息化建设具有借鉴意义。研究结果表明,充分发挥
中国钢铁企业信息化后发优势,采用最先进的 SAP 冶金套件系统架构并通过以流
程驱动的 AVE for SAP 实施方法论实施,加速实现企业的价值目标。一旦中国钢
铁企业建立起这样一套从战略到执行的流程驱动的信息系统,未来企业管理将在
此信息系统平台中持续改进业务流程,不断挖掘信息系统中更深一层的理念和功
能,从而更好地为企业决策服务和提升企业核心竞争力。

Abstract

With economic globalization intension in recent years, China's iron and steel
industry is at the crossroads of restructuring and integration. Facing the pressure of
corporation transformation, it has e an important theme of iron and steel
enterprises that IT application whether can help enterprise to achieve management
innovation, to improve management efficiency, and to enhance petitiveness of
enterprises finally or not. This thesis is looking for the adaptive ERP system
construction and optimum methodology for ERP implement of China's iron and steel
enterprise on the basis of analysis of system building up experience and application.
According to theoretical foundation for ERP management system, this thesis sets
forth the ess cases of ERP management system in iron and steel enterprise in
developed countries, also elaborates the current status on informational of China's iron
and steel enterprise, and analyses the problem and character of China's iron and steel
