金融企业战略联盟合作伙伴选择评价研究

摘要

随着全球金融混业趋势的不可逆转性和 2006 年 12 月我国承诺的加入 WTO 后金融业五
年过渡期的结束,在目前金融管制逐渐放开、信息技术不断创新、金融企业间的合作不断
加深的情况下,建立金融战略联盟成为提高金融企业核心竞争力的有效途径。
本文的研究目的旨在通过对国内外战略联盟伙伴选择标准及模型的分析,并结合金融
企业自身的特点,在金融混业经营这个大趋势下,提出金融企业战略联盟合作伙伴选择评
价指标体系,并且运用层次分析方法以及模糊综合评价法对联盟合作伙伴进行综合评价,
从而选择出合适的合作伙伴。
本文研究的是金融企业战略联盟合作伙伴选择评价问题,从提高金融企业战略联盟的
成功率这一研究视角,阐述了资源依附理论,价值链理论,交易成本理论和竞争优势理论,
构建金融企业战略联盟合作伙伴选择评价指标体系,在此基础上探索出金融企业战略联盟
合作伙伴选择评价模型。最后对某金融企业的战略联盟合作伙伴选择评价进行调查研究,
验证了模型的有效性。
总结本文研究内容,得出结论如下:第一,金融企业选择战略联盟合作伙伴可以从以
下三个方面来考虑:资源指标、能力指标以及长期关系潜力指标。这些指标构成了金融企
业战略联盟合作伙伴选择评价指标体系,为我国金融企业的高层管理者在进行战略联盟伙
伴选择时提供一种方法指导;第二,层次分析法和模糊综合评价法适用于本文已建立的以
定性指标为主的评价指标体系,可以提高评价的科学性和有效性。

Abstract

The trend with the global mixing business of financial industry is irreversibility ,and in
December of 2006 accession to WTO, China promised the five-year transitional period of
financial industry to end, in circumstances of the gradual liberalization of the current financial
controls、the innovation of information technology and the deepening of financial inter-enterprise
cooperation, ,The establishment of financial strategic alliances is an effective way for enhancing
the petitiveness of financial institutions .
The purpose of this research is that we propose financial strategic alliances partner selection
criteria, through analyzing the strategic alliance partner selection criteria and model at home and
abroad, bing the characteristics of their own financial enterprises. in the trend of
financial mixed operation, we propose financial enterprises strategic alliance partner selection
and evaluation system , and then use the AHP method and prehensive evaluation
method to conduct prehensiv
