太原经济技术开发区产业集群发展战略研究
摘要
本文主要以西方经济理论和战略管理理论为指导,以实践问题为导向,运用
产业集群、区域经济学和战略管理等相关理论,结合太原市经济社会发展实际,
采用理论与实际相结合的方法,研究太原经济技术开发区(简称太原开发区)产
业集群发展战略的问题。
首先,考察和分析全国国家级经济技术开发区产业发展的共性问题,对部分
开发区的产业发展和形成的产业集群进行了分析。其次,在对产业集群的概念、
分类、基本特征、经济效应、基本理论进行深入分析的基础上,对国内外产业集
群理论进行了系统研究。再次,在对太原开发区的概况、主要成绩、产业现状及
问题进行分析的基础上,运用 SWOT 分析对太原开发区的内、外部产业集群环境进
行了深入的分析研究。然后,运用波特的钻石模型从生产要素、需求条件、相关
产业和支持产业的表现、企业的战略、结构和竞争对手等方面对太原开发区产业
的竞争力进行分析,并对轴轮式、多核式、网状式、混合式和无形大工厂式五种
产业集群发展模式进行了比较,指出了太原开发区产业集群的发展模式和形成方
式。最后,本文从发展产业集群的内外部环境出发,从环境建设、招商方式、政
府作用、技术创新等方面提出了太原开发区发展产业集群的政策建议。

RESEARCH OF DEVELOPING STRATEGY OF
INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER IN TAIYUAN ECONOMIC
AND TECHNOLOGOCAL DEVELOPMENT ZONE
ABSTRACT
This article mainly take the west economic theory and the strategic management
theory as the instruction, take practices the question as the guidance, utilization
correlation theory such as cluster , area economics and Strategic Management,be tied
in wedlock Taiyuan City economic and social development reality, uses method which
the theory and actual unifies, research the developing strategy of industrial clusters in
Taiyuan economic-technical development zone (be called the Taiyuan development
zone for short) .
First, inspects and analyzes mon character of industrial development that the
whole nation national grade economic-technical development zone,and part of the
development zone on the industrial development and the formation of industrial clusters
were analyzed. Next, based on the concept of industrial clusters, classification, basic
features, the economic effect, the basic theory on the basis of in-depth analysis,
systematic studied the Industry Cluster Theory at home and abroad. Once more, on the
