——以沈阳市 X 中学为个案

中文摘要

教育是培养人、塑造人的一项伟大事业。随着整体我国国民素质的提高,人
们越来越关注教育问题,渴望可以受到良好的教育。那么课堂教学作为教育的实
践领域,它是教育的内部维度。作为教育的微观层面,它的公平直接影响到每个
学生的个体发展,进而影响到整个教育领域内的公平实现。
本论文使用质的研究方法对课堂教学公平问题进行研究,在文献资料整理的
基础上,选取沈阳市X 中学作为个案研究的对象,通过课堂观察对课堂教学公平
问题的现状加以审视,同时与教师、学生之间进行访谈进一步了解课堂教学存在
的公平问题。
本论文主要分为五个部分,第一部分是引言部分,笔者以简洁的语言勾勒出
论文研究的缘起、研究的意义、文献综述和研究方法;第二部分是基本概念界定,
本文分别对公平、课堂教学、教学公平和课堂教学公平的含义进行了阐述,同时
还分析了课堂教学公平的特征,人文性、平等性、发展性、差异性;第三部分是
课堂教学公平的问题的现状调查,论文运用课堂观察和访谈的方法分别对课堂师
生互动、教师语言、学生差异、教学评价四个方面来分析课堂教学中存在的问题,
第四部分对影响课堂教学公平的原因进行了分析,分别从教育体制、教师与学生
自身因素加以分析;第五部分笔者针对课堂教学存在的不公平现象试图提出一些
有价值的策略,从而引起教育行政部门、学校、教师的高度重视,进一步促进学
生的全面发展和良好人格的形成。

The Problem of Classroom Teaching Equality
——The Case Study of X Middle School in
Shenyang City

Abstract

Education is a great cause and portray people. With the improvement of the
quality of the whole Chinese nation, people pay more and more attention to education,
everyone eagers to have a good as the education of classroom teaching
practice field, it is the education of internal dimensions. As the education of micro
level, it's fair directly affect the development of individual students, affect the
education field fair.
The paper using the method of qualitative research ,classroom teaching and fair
in the literature material, on the basis of x middle school in shenyang city ,through the
classroom observation of classroom teaching situation of fairness, and between the
teachers and students to interview the further understanding of the existing problem of
classroom teaching.
The paper consists of five first chapter includes the cause,the
literature review and the purpose and significance of this second chapter
is interrelated to the theory of the basic concepts of justice, the paper, classroom
teaching, education f
