沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文摘要主导产业是经济发展中的一个重要现象,对一个国家和地区的经济发展和经济增长有着广泛的影响。主导产业作为一个国家和地区经济发展不同阶段的经济增长点,对该国和地区经济产业结构的演变方向和趋势具有导向作用,主导产业的状况也反映和决定了一个和发展前景。山西省又是我国煤炭资源型城市最为集中的地区之一,汇聚了大同,阳泉、晋城等一批煤炭资源型城市。但是长期以来大规模的、无节度的开采,使得土地资源遭到破坏,地面严重塌陷,生态环境恶化,这是一个关乎国计民生的问题。煤炭工业作为山西省最重要的主导产业,使得经济严重依赖煤炭产业,甚至城市的经济发展主要靠煤炭产业来维系。煤炭资源本身是一种不可再生的自然资源,总有枯竭之时,如果没有一个接替主导产业,整个城市将出现经济发展动力缺失的问题。因此,煤炭资源型城市也面临着接续主导产业选择的课题,因而受到众多学者的关注,同时这也是我们未来一段时期经济发展的主要任务。本文的研究目的是,通过选取大同市一个样本为例,运用层次分析法,构建主导产业选择的模型和指标体系,选择出大同市的接续主导产业,以期为山西省其他城市乃至全国煤炭城市的主导产业选择提供参考。本文结合山西省的实际情况,通过区域主导产业选择理论的相关研究,建立山西煤炭资源型城市主导产业选择的模型。通过分析和借鉴国内外产业转型比较成功地区的一些做法,结合大同市主导产业选择的特点和原则,建立大同市主导产业选择的指标体系,结合大同市自身的产业优势,选择了11个备选产业,作为主导产业选择的对象。通过对主导产业选择的指标体系进行计算,结合各指标对于决策的权重,选择出大同市未来发展的接续主导产业。最后针对大同市主导产业选择的结果,提出一些看法和评价。关键词:主导产业选择;层次分析法;指标体系
