论文题目:石油企业班组安全氛围测量指标体系研究专业:安全技术8>及工程硕士生:岑晓倩(签名) 指导教师:田水承(签名) 摘要安全文化是预防事故和提升企业安全管理水平的重要手段。安全氛围通常被用来描述安全文化当前的状态。安全氛围测评不仅可以收集员工对企业安全6>状况的看法和态度,反映企业安全现状,还能为组织制定未来的健康安全政策提供依据,从而推动企业安全文化的建设。班组安全氛围是企业安全氛围的重要组成部分,对其进行测评可以更好地促进班组安全文化建设。但是,目前国内相关领域仍面临着安全氛围7>调查工具缺乏的问题。因此,本文旨在构建一套具有较强科学性和实用性的石油企业班组安全氛围测评指标体系,以推动班组乃至整个石油企业安全文化的持续发展。首先,在国内外相关理论研究成果的基础上结合我国石油企业班组的实际情况,确定了安全氛围维度:领导重视与参与、班组长行为、安全培训、风险识别、作业场所的安全性、安全监督员、工友行为和制度与规范等八个维度,并构建了石油企业班组安全氛围测量指标体系;其次,依据所构建的安全氛围测量指标体系,编制安全氛围调查问卷,结合Edu测评软件对某石油企业进行测评,;再次,提出安全氛围概念模型,、评价、修正与解释,从而验证安全氛围概念模型及确立了石油企业班组安全氛围测评指标体系。最后,运用方差分析法对该企业的班组安全氛围状况进行了总体分析以及群体差异性分析,对其存在的问题提出了整改措施。通过本研究,最终确定了一套适用于石油企业的班组安全氛围测评指标体系。这套测评指标体系能够较全面的反映石油企业安全现状,有利于企业提出针对性的整改措施,从而有效地推动石油企业安全文化的发展。关键词:石油企业;班组安全氛围测量;指标体系;结构方程模型研究类型:应用研究
