文档介绍:摘要企业的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争。为了吸引更加优秀、出色的人才,薪酬往往起决定作用。因此,薪酬问题是劳动力市场和人力资源管理的核心问题之一。本文系统地阐述了薪酬体系在企业中的地位与作用以及目前我国企业薪酬体系设计的状况,并以H公司为例,论述了薪酬体系设计的原则与基本理论。通过收集大量资料、数据,在完善的内外部薪酬调查的基础上,进行系统的整理、归纳,分析了H公司薪酬体系的现状、员工对薪酬体系的满意度以及存在的主要问题。运用了现代比较科学的薪酬设计理论与方法对H公司的薪酬体系进行了系统完善的梳理,提出了一套基于岗位价值的薪酬体系设计方案,具有较强的实用性。本文以公平理论、期望理论、双因素理论、强化理论为理论基础, 以公平、激励、经济、合法、战略为设计原则,提出了一套系统的薪酬体系设计方案,包括详实的内外部薪酬调查;准确的薪酬体系诊断; 完善的工作分析体系;公平的岗位价值评估体系;合理的职类职种划分体系;科学的薪等、薪级、薪幅等设计体系。整套方案充分考虑了员工的岗位价值、任职资格、工作业绩,结合外部薪酬水平进行调整, 从而达到了提高员工满意度,并激励其努力工作的目的。关键词薪酬体系,工作分析,岗位价值评估, 任职资格, 薪酬调查 ABSTRACT Inthefinalanalysis petition between enterprises istalents’ ordering to attracting more outstanding and more excellenthuman talents,salary hasplayed averypositive ,one of thekernelquestions inlabormarket andmanagement ofhuman resources issalary.
