河北工业大学硕士学位论文提升河北省钢铁产业竞争力研究摘要随着国内外钢铁市场的竞争激烈以及近几年铁矿石价格的上涨,中国的钢铁企业面临的风险和危机也越来越大。河北省钢铁产量已经连续五年全国第一,作为中国钢铁产业第一大省,它所面临的风险和危机尤为严重。因此,如何面对钢铁市场的激烈竞争、国际铁矿石价格的上涨等等不利因素,找出影响河北省钢铁产业竞争力提高的关键因素,是河北省钢铁产业可持续发展和提高竞争力的重中之重。本文在利用价值链、供应链、价值网等理论的基础上,对河北省钢铁产业价值链进行分析,并提出钢铁产业价值网的概念,利用该理论分析河北省钢铁产业的竞争结构及其主要问题,探讨河北省钢铁产业与理想的钢铁产业的价值网的差距,并在此基础上给出提升河北省钢铁产业竞争力的对策,为河北省钢铁产业实现可持续发展起到积极的指导作用。关键词:价值链,产业价值链,供应链,价值网, 钢铁产业,产业竞争力 i
提升河北省钢铁产业竞争力研究 RESEARCH ON PETITION OF THE IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY OF HEBEI PROVINCE ABSTRACT Nowadays,petition of iron and steel e more and more fierce and the ironstone’s rise in price, and then the risk that iron and steel enterprises in china faced e more and more high too. Hebei province as the number one province of iron and steel in china because it’s output is in the front for five years. The risk that Hebei province faced is the most severe. Accordingly, it’s very important to find out the critical fators of petitiveness of iron and steel industry of Hebei province to resolve these disadvantages. Of course, it’s have great effect on the sustainable development and improvement petitiveness of iron and steel of Hebei province. This paper analyzes the iron and steel industry value chain of Hebei province and put forward the iron and steel industry based on the theories of value chain, supply chain and . With it,analyzing petition structure and main problems of iron and steel indusry of Hebei province to dicuss the gap between actuality and the ideal of iron and steel., and then ,the countermeasure of petitiveness of iron and steel in Hebei province is proposed. These countermeasure can be utilized as a guidance or as a reference for the sustainable development of iron and steel industry in Hebei province.
