文档介绍:摘要本文采用溶液浸提和超声提取两种方法从甘草中提取了粗多糖,并进行了分离和分级,共得到19种多糖。对这些不同种多糖进行谱学分析和一些性质进行了初步研究。除此之外,还对甘草中元素含量的初级形态进行了分析。 ,并采用硫酸一苯酚法对19种多糖的糖含量进行了测定。 、IR谱学测试,从uV谱图可知,部分分级多糖在 260-280nm处没有吸收,说明不含蛋白质和核酸。部分分级多糖在260—280hm处有吸收,说明含蛋白质或核酸。从IR谱图可知,19种多糖均有多糖的特征峰。 ,并与对照品抗坏血酸进行了比较。结果表明,19种多糖对羟自由基的清除能力均比对照品抗坏血酸的强。 ,并计算有关形态分析参数。从而为甘草元素含量与人体健康的进一步研究提供科学依据。关键词:甘草多糖;分级;谱学分析;抗氧化性;parative Study on theClassification,Properties ofGlycyrrhiza harides Abstract Inthispaper,glycyrrhiza harides were extracted from glycyrrhiza by tWO me山ods that were solution extraction and ultrasonic extraction,which were theseparation and 9kinds harides were analysis and some properties were studied ondifferent kinds of addition,the primary speciation analysis of elements content in glycyrrhiza harides extracted were alsoanalyzed. Glycyrrhiza crude hrides,which were extracted bytWo kinds ofmethods, were separated and classification by precipition sugar content of 9 kinds harides Wasdetermined byphenol sulfuricacidmethod. 9kinds harides were analyzed byUV,IR spectrum figure from the UV spectrum indicates part of classification harides had no absorption at ,which indicated part harides didn’tcontain protein and nucleic of the harides had absorption at indicates protein ornucleic acidwas contained. Scavenging hydroxyl freeradicalactivity of 9kinds harides were studied pared withthecontrol sample ofascorbic results showed thatscavenging hydroxyl freeradicalactivity of 9 kinds harides were stronger than control sample ofascorbic acid.
