——以中美之间人民币汇率协调为背景的分析
摘要
对外贸易失衡是现代各个国家常见的经济现象,而对外贸易失衡引起的贸易摩擦
常常引发国际金融政策特别是国际汇率政策的调整。中国连续多年实现对外贸易顺
差,不仅在国内给人民币带来了巨大的升值压力,而且由于多变贸易摩擦,在国际上
也形成了人民币快速升值的呼声。自 2005 年汇率制度改革以来,中国坚持以市场供
求为基础的,参考一篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度,人民币汇率缓慢升
值,一定程度上缓解了人民币升值的压力。但是在 2007 年爆发的全球性的金融危机
中,中国为了抵御经济危机的影响,人民币汇率采用了钉住美元的汇率制度,使得人
民币升值的国际压力陡然增加了。本文通过以中美之间关于人民币汇率的协调现状、
原因进行分析,从国内国际两个方面分析,得出改善汇率制度和协调环境,降低关于
人民币汇率的争议,实现人民币汇率的有效协调的对策。

exchange rate against the background of the analysis
Abstract
Foreign trade imbalance mon economic phenomenon in modern countries, and
the trade friction caused by foreign trade imbalances often cause international financial
policy, especially the international exchange rate policy adjustments. Chinese foreign trade
surplus realization for essive years in China, not only to RMB brings great
appreciation pressure, and the various international trading friction, and formed a rapid
appreciation of the RMB. Since 2005, Chinese exchange rate system since the reform on
based on market supply and demand, with reference to a basket of currencies, a managed
floating exchange rate system, the yuan has appreciated slowly to a certain extent, ease the
pressure on the appreciation of the yuan. But in 2007, the global financial crisis erupted in
China in order to resist the economic crisis, the RMB exchange rate peg to the . dollar
by the exchange rate system, the international pressure existing RMB appreciation has
