课程资源是新一轮国家基础教育课程改革所提出的一个重要概念。课程资源的开发和
利用,是保证课程实施目标实现的基本条件。然而对于我国广大教师来说,很少接触到课
程资源的概念,更不用说课程资源的开发与利用问题了。基础教育新课程改革以来,地方、
学校、教师们在地方课程理论的指导下对校本课程的开发建设,研究性学习的开展过程中
都对课程资源的开发利用进行了探索和尝试。但总体上来看,地方课程资源的开发利用多
数只是提出理论构想。具体到学科的开发利用较少,尤其是实践探索上课程资源开发利用
的案例较少。笔者所在的地区为少数民族聚集较为集中的地区,具有丰富的课程资源。开
发利用具有一定的代表性。因此本文根据本学科特点和培养目标出发,侧重从开发利用的
理论依据研究、开发利用的现状分析研究以及开发利用的实践案例研究三个方面作深入地
探讨。主要通过文献分析法、调查法、以及案例研究完成本课题的研究。
主要探讨:(一)课程建设理论,课程资源、物理课程资源与地方物理课程资源的内
涵、分类、特点、开发利用原则、基本方法,有关教学资源的教育功能以及学习理论。现
状分析研究主要探讨:(一)河池市高中物理教育现状(二)探讨河池市中学物理课程资
源开发利用的现状,主要包括对现状的调查以及对现状调查的分析。案例研究主要探讨:
(一)侧重以地方特色资源、民族特色资源等内容为线索来进行课程资源的开发利用。(二)
以“白裤瑶陀螺”为题,通过资源的开发、资源的鉴别、资源的价值分析、资源的利用
探讨地方物理课程资源的开发利用的实践过程(三)开发利用存在的主要问题与思考。

Abstract
Course resources is an important concept mentioned in the new round course reform of state
basic education, the exploring and exploiting of which is considered as the primary conditions of
realizing the course practical targets. There are few teachers step in the field so the concerned
researchers are fewer. Since the beginning of the reform, school-oriented courses are being dug
out by teachers under the guidance of local course theory. During the inquiry learning we pay
attention to the exploration and utilization in course resources. However, in the whole, most of
