金融集聚问题研究——论北京金融集聚发展

提要

伴随着经济全球化的发展,金融集聚的概念已越来越得到重视。金融集聚程度是
金融中心至关重要的因素。一个处于领先水平的金融中心必须在人员、商业环境、市
场准入、基础设施和一般性征例等方面均取得竞争优势,才能保证自身的金融综合实
力。尤其对于处在社会主义初级阶段的中国,当前更是迫切需要通过金融改革实现金
融的市场化,以解决区域经济差距大的现实问题。因此,研究金融产业集聚问题无论
是从学术价值,还是从实践需求,都具有十分重要的积极意义。
文章第一章节引言中阐述了金融集聚问题的研究背景及其意义,紧接着在第二三
章节中围绕着金融集聚的形成机制展开研究:金融集聚理论涉及的知识领域广泛,第
二章节通过对金融发展理论、金融地理理论、产业集聚理论、规模经济理论和区域经
济理论进行剖析,形成金融集聚相关基础理论的研究框架,之后第三章节结合实际,
从金融集聚的动因入手,对金融集聚的内涵、特征、金融集聚形成模式和金融集聚的
功能作用做进一步的系统分析,进一步深化对金融集聚的研究。第四章节以理论分析、
归纳和对比研究相结合的方法,结合金融集聚的两种不同发展模式——市场推动模式
与政府推动模式,分别以伦敦国际金融中心、新加坡国际金融中心发展的实践作为参
照,归纳总结伦敦、新加坡国际金融中心发展的历程、经验。最后,本文的第五章和
第六章结合金融中心发展的一般过程和基本条件,根据北京金融集聚的现实情况对其
发展的道路进行了优劣分析,并结合北京目前的不足之处给出确保其发展的保障措施
建议。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economic globalization, the concept of Financial Agglomeration
gets more attention and it is also a key factor for the financial centers. The personnel, the
business environment, market access, infrastructure and general aspects are all important
for a high standard financial center to achieve petitive advantage and ensure its
overall financial strength. Especially for China who urges to achieve market-oriented
model through financial reforms, the degree of financial agglomeration is vital for dealing
with the regional economic gap. Therefore, there is great positive significance in the study
of financial agglomeration either from the academic value, or from the practical needs.
Chapter 1 in my dissertation sets forth the issue of financial clustering research background
and significance. The second and third chapters focus on the formation mechanism of
financial clustering research: Financial Agglomeration Theory of knowledge with wide
