社会关系网络资源配置作用的经济学分析

摘要
经济学上一直认为只存在两种资源配置的方式,分别是市场与政府。但是至上
世纪六十年代以来,社会关系网络的研究兴起之后,关系网络、社会资本被纳入到
资源获得的解释范畴。于是社会关系网络不但成为新经济社会学的重要视角,也被
经济学领域视为重要的研究工具。不论是在新经济社会学还是经济学中,不论在西
方还是我国,社会关系网络进行资源配置的研究一直没有停止过。社会关系网络被
看作是一种“某一群体中人与人之间的特定的联系关系”,是一个立体交错的空间
网络结构。本文认为社会关系网络是一个资源流动的渠道,对资源起配置作用的关
键是社会资本。根据这一思想,本文引入社会资本约束合作模型来分析社会关系网
络资源配置的作用机制。通过模型可以看到在关系网络中社会资本是如何通过约束
机会主义行为、促进合作,从而提高彼此之间在交易中的收入并降低了交易成本的。
就社会资本所发挥的作用,本文还提出了社会资本运作空间,并由此来确定关系网
络的边界,以及提出社会关系网络与政府和市场的最优制度安排组合的思路。最后,
本文讨论了社会关系网络作为非正式制度的制度创新途径。指出好的非正式制度可
以制度化后成为正式制度。同时指出了从习俗、道德、社会文化等三个方面进行制
度创新的途径的想法。

Abstract
It always thinks that there are only two manners of resources allocation in the field of
economics: market and government. But during 60s of last century, with the research on
the social work being on the rise, the work and social capital are
included in explanation category to resource acquisition. Then the social work
does not only e important visual angle in the field of new economic sociology, but
also it is looked as important analysis tool in the field of economics. Whatever in new
economic sociology or in economics, and whatever in the west or in our country, the
research on resources allocation of the social work has always being carried on.
The social work is regard as one kind “some munity between the
person and person”, and it is a three-dimensional staggered work architecture.
The dissertation thinks that the social work is the channel of resource
flows, and the key to resource allocation is social capital. According to the view, the
dissertation use restrictive and cooperative model of social capital to analyze the
mechanism of resource allocation of the social work. The model tells us how to
restrict opportunism behavior and promote cooperation, and people can improve
transaction interests and reduce transaction cost by this
