摘要
企业的新产品开发是企业参与市场竞争的关键。但随着市场竞争的
激烈化、用户需求的多样化、市场环境变化的剧烈化,作为一种高技术
含量、高风险、高度依赖团队配合的活动,单靠企业自身力量已经远远不
够,还必须充分地利用外部资源。越来越多的企业已经认识到若供应商
能参与到新产品开发中来,能有效地借用供应商的经验与专门知识,可
以弥补生产企业的资源或技术知识的不足,也可以帮助企业形成缩短新
产品开发周期、提高产品性能和降低费用以及改进设计等思路。本文将
从组织间知识共享的角度来探讨如何提高供应商参与的效益及效率。
本文的主要研究工作分三个方面:1、在传统的产品开发的五个阶段
基础上,结合供应商参与的特点,进而分析得出供应商参与的合作开发
流程。2、根据供应商参与的不同阶段,结合知识管理的相关知识,分类
总结了规划阶段、设计阶段、生产阶段的知识体系。为供应商与制造商
合作开发的知识共享平台建构提供了理论基础。3、应用系统分析方法,
充分考虑新产品开发的阶段特点、用户角色、知识需求等,探讨了供应
商参与开下的知识共享平台的构建方法。并充分考虑到为提高知识共享
的效果和效率,应同时顾及知识共享的成本以及知识共享的激励。

RESEARCH ON KNOWLEDGE SHARING FOR SUPPLIER
INVOLVEMENT IN NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
ABSTRACT
New product development is the key to business ess for a
pany. But as petition es fiercer, and
consumer demand es more diverse, product development, which is
viewed as an activity of high tech, high risk and high cooperation, can not be
fulfilled on pany’s own strength. It should take full advantage of
outer resource. Now more and panies have realized if suppliers
could involve in product development, then suppliers’ experience and
professional knowledge can make up manufacturers’ resource shortage, and
also shorten the development cycle, improve product quality, reduce
development cost etc. This research will discuss about how to improve the
efficiency and effectiveness of supplier involvement from the angle .
knowledge sharing.
The research divides into 3 parts:
(1) Based on the traditional product development process, the author
provides the new process suitable for supplier involvement.
(2) According to different involvement timing, the author develops the
knowledge system for supplier involvement in product development in
planning stage, design stage and manufacturing stage.
