商丘古城旅游再开发研究

摘要

商丘古城坐落在商丘市睢阳区境内,是 1986 年国务院公布的第二批国家级
历史文化名城,是我国现存的唯一一座集城墙、城湖、城郭三位一体且保存完
好的古城。古城按八卦修建,外圆内方形如古钱币,城内是棋盘式街道,建筑
是明代重檐歇山式,具有较高的历史文化科学价值,但由于种种条件的限制,
古城旅游的发展和丰富的旅游资源严重不对称,为了促进古城旅游业的快速发
展,加快古城申报世界文化遗产的步伐,进行商丘古城的旅游再开发具有十分
重要的现实意义。
本文在对商丘古城实地考察和调研的基础上,分析了商丘古城文化旅游资
源的特色,探讨了古城旅游再开发的现实意义,并在探析古城旅游开发现状和
存在主要问题的基础上,重点提出了古城旅游再开发的七点建议。本论文共分
七章:第一章主要阐述选题目的和意义,国内外对文物古迹类旅游开发的研究
历程和研究趋势;第二章是古城文化旅游资源的特色;第三章提出了古城旅游
再开发对于促进古城文物古迹的保护、加快古城“申遗”步伐、提升商丘旅游
知名度、加速旅游业发展、促进商丘经济快速发展等方面的重要意义;第四章
分析了古城旅游开发的现状,指出了古城旅游目前存在的基础设施不完善、文
化内涵挖掘不深、缺乏高层次管理人才和旅游宣传促销力度不够等主要问题;
第五章提出了古城旅游再开发应遵循的六个基本原则;第六章是本文的重点,
在以上各个部分的基础上提出了改善古城旅游环境、加大政府的总体监管力度、
提高古城旅游从业人员的综合素质、深层次挖掘古城的文化内涵、多渠道筹集
古城旅游再开发资金、进一步加大宣传促销力度、进一步加强与周边地区的旅
游合作等七点建议。
希望本论文的研究成果能对商丘古城的旅游再开发起到一定的指导和借鉴
作用。

Abstract
Shangqiu in the east of henna province, shangqiu ancient city is
located in suiyang distract of shangqiu. It was announced the second
batch of state-level historical and cultural city in 1986 by the state council.
The ancient city is the only of existing walls , the castle trinity lake city
and the old city intact. It was built by the eight diagrams, cylindrical, such
as ancient coins square, city streets of QiPan style and construction is
chongyanxieshan style of the ming-dynasty. The history and culture of
ancient city have a high value. But because of various restrictions, the
city’s tourism development seriously out of proportion to the resources. In
order to promote the tourism development, the cultural relics protection
of the ancient city and accelerating the pace of reported the world’s
culture heritage. The city’s tourism development must be carried out
again.
This paper is based on the basis of the visits and research of the
ancient city of shangqiu. It analysis the cultural characteristics of tourism
