论文摘要
乡村旅游在我国已经有了一段时间的发展历史随着我国新农村建设
的推进其在新农村建设中的作用日益为人们所重视伴随而来的乡村
旅游年以及城乡和谐游更是把我国乡村旅游的实践发展和理论研究
推向了高潮
本文从我国乡村旅游发展与新农村建设的互动关系入手引入资源配
置概念分析了新农村建设中乡村旅游地的资源要素然后构建了基于资
源流转的乡村旅游地发展模型根据乡村旅游地的发展模型分析了我国
乡村旅游地发展的一些内在矛盾最后从制度层面和技术层面提出了优化
我国乡村旅游地资源配置的对策
本文的研究共分为六章
第一章为本文的引言部分主要论述了本文的研究背景意义和方法
本文的研究方案国内外研究综述明晰了一些基本概念以及论述了本文
研究的基础理论
第二章为乡村旅游发展与新农村建设主要分析了乡村旅游发展格局
与发展模式指出了乡村旅游发展与新农村建设的互动关系并分析了新
农村建设下乡村旅游地资源优化配置的必要性
第三章为资源配置与乡村旅游地资源要素分析重点阐述了资源配置
理论分析了乡村旅游地发展的资源要素最后导出乡村旅游地资源配置
的内涵
第四章为基于资源流转的乡村旅游地发展分析首先构建了基于资源
流转的乡村旅游地发展模型分析了乡村旅游地发展趋势以及发展动力
最后分析了模型内部的一些系统摩擦
第五章为乡村旅游地资源合理配置的对策根据上文所分析的模型内
部的一些系统摩擦提出了制度层面和技术层面优化乡村旅游地资源配置
的对策
第六章为结论与展望部分得出本文研究的主要结论指出了本文的
研究不足以及以后研究的方向

Abstract
Rural tourism has developed for some years in China, and as the advancing of the new
village construction, its role in the new village construction has called people’s eyes. The
coming “rural tourism year” and “harmony tourism between urban and country” puts the
development and research of rural tourism into the high rate.
This article started from the interactive relationship between the development of
China’s rural tourism and construction of new village, introduced of the concept of
resource allocation, analyzed the resources elements of rural tourism destination, then
constructed the model of the development of rural tourism destination based on the transfer
of resources, analyzed the internal contradictions of the development of rural tourism
destination according to this model, finally proposed countermeasures from a system
perspective and the technical level to optimize the allocation of resources to rural tourism
destination.
This article has six chapters:
Chapter I is the introduction of this article. Mainly clears some basic concepts,
discusses the research background,
