摘要
土地资源是国家经济社会发展的基本要素,城市土地可持续利用则是城市社会
经济可持续发展的基本条件。在当今快速城市化的过程中,城市土地可持续利用是
城市化过程中不得不考虑的一个问题。论文选择湖北省的武汉市、黄石市、宜昌市、
襄樊市、荆州市作为研究地域,对城市土地的可持续利用问题进行深入分析。
本文首先阐述土地可持续利用的基本理论,构建实证研究和对策运用的理论基
础,并对研究过程中采用的技术路径进行阐述。然后论文构建湖北省城市土地可持
续利用评价指标体系,运用 BP 神经网络建立湖北省城市土地可持续利用评价模型,
并运行湖北省城市土地可持续利用评价 BP 神经网络模型,最终分析得到武汉市、黄
石市、宜昌市、襄樊市、荆州市的城市土地可持续利用度分别为、、、
、。接着论文设计了湖北省城市土地可持续利用障碍诊断模型,通过对武
汉市、黄石市、宜昌市、襄樊市、荆州市的城市土地可持续利用障碍诊断,得到影
响武汉市、黄石市、宜昌市、襄樊市、荆州市城市土地可持续利用的障碍因子以及
各个障碍因子影响的定量特征。最后论文针对障碍诊断所得的障碍因子分别构建武
汉市、黄石市、宜昌市、襄樊市、荆州市的城市土地可持续利用清障体系。并在 5
大城市的城市土地可持续利用清障体系的基础上,最终实现从行政管理体制支撑点、
法律执法支撑点、经济政策支撑点、技术支撑点、公众参与支撑点对湖北省城市土
地可持续利用支撑体系进行设计。

Abstract
Land resource is a basic key element of national socio-economic development, and
sustainable urban land use is one of the basic conditions for urban socio-economic
sustainable development. The sustainable use of urban land has to take into account during
urbanization. Wuhan City, Huangshi City, yichang City , Xiangfan City and Jingzhou City
are research regions in this paper, and a deep research on the problem of sustainable urban
land use is done.
Firstly, the paper summarizes the general theory for this study and concludes existing
studied results to explore the basic category for land resources of sustainable utilization,
expounds the technical route for the research of sustainable urban land ,
indicator system for assessment of the sustainability of urban land use in Hubei province
is put forward, and then an assessment model for the sustainability of urban land use in
Hubei province by BP work is established, after that the BP work
model for sustainability assessment of urban land use in hubei province works, finally the
sustainability of urban land use of five cities in Hubei provinc
