摘要

长期以来,高校辅导员究竟扮演什么样的角色一直成为大家关注和和讨论的
话题。特别是高等教育大众化背景下,面对高校辅导员角色从单一管理者和教育
者转向多元化的学生事务承担者,从管理行政型转向指导服务型,从以政治为中
心转向以学生发展为中心的转型过渡期间,国家、学校和学生等对辅导员当前的
要求和期望又会产生怎样的变化呢?
当前,高校辅导员群体和辅导员工作遇到了前所未有的困难和挑战,辅导员
的身份扮演也遭受到越来越大的考验和冲击。辅导员角色问题导致了一系列新问
题的产生,这些新问题引发辅导员思想政治教育的核心功能发生偏离、辅导员作
为学生学习、生活、工作中良师益友的角色拓展受到破坏,从而导致辅导员队伍
建设出现了一系列问题。本研究所关注的基本问题是:在当前高校学生工作中,
辅导员处于一个什么样的角色?辅导员要如何实现其角色?
本研究采问卷调查的研究方法,通过对武汉高校中南民族大学的大学生调查
问卷,分别在角色期望、角色定位、角色扮演和角色失调四个方面对辅导员的角
色状况进行了描述。并且在对其描述的基础上提出要如何做好辅导员的角色,建
设有质量保障的辅导员队伍。本文力图通过当前辅导员角色分析和队伍研究,以
期对我国辅导员制度改革和完善提供思考。
全文结构由四个部分组成:
第一部分为绪论,主要内容包括选题的背景和意义、国内外相关研究综述、研
究的目标、内容及其研究方法等。
第二部分阐述了我国辅导员制度的产生、发展及其历史嬗变,为辅导员队伍发
展提供了现实依据。
第三部分为全文的主体部分,主要从角色理论视角下对高校辅导员进行角色分
析,包括角色期望、角色扮演、角色定位和角色失调四个方面的综合分析。
第四部分为对策研究部分。在前面的分析基础上。提出了如何建设一支高水平、
高质量的高校辅导员队伍。

Abstract

Over the years, what kind of role the college counselors exactly play? Since the
popularization of higher education,society,parents,college students change their
requires and expectations about the role of counselor,counselors change their role from
a single manager who is a manager and ideological、political educator to diverse
stakeholder of Student Affairs,and from management to guide,from administrative to
service,from the political-centered to the student-centered.
During the transition period,college counselors face with new challenges and
problems,such as the dislocation、vacancy of counselor role and role blurring problems
that seriously weaken the main force functions of ideological and political educator,
inhibit the role expansion as a mentor in student's life and an instructor in student's
mental health, also led to a series of problems in team building of counselor. The basic
concerns of this study are:what kind of role about the counselor in the current work of
college
