中等职业学校数控专业教学模式的研究

摘要
数控技术和数控设备是装备制造业的核心技术和装备,掌握数控技术的数控人才是
发挥数控设备作用的关键,尤其是需求量最大的数控生产、服务一线的中职数控人才的
培养对国民经济的发展起着非常重要的基础性作用。但是,中职数控专业的教学模式无
法有效地为数控人才的培养服务,难以培养出适应企业数控生产岗位工作及其发展要求
的数控人才。基于十多年的中职数控专业教学实践,以职业教育教学理论为指导,为提
高数控专业的教学质量,本文对中等职业学校数控专业的教学模式进行了研究。
本文在对中等职业学校数控专业的教学现状进行系统分析的基础上,提出了中职数
控专业传统教学模式存在着教学目标条块分割、理论教学与实践教学分离、重知识传授
轻能力培养等不适应数控人才培养目标实现的问题。针对中职学校数控专业传统教学模
式存在的问题,笔者在充分理解和运用最近发展区、建构主义等教育教学理论和学习理
论的基础上,全面分析了中职数控专业各门课程之间的相互关系,结合笔者多年从事中
职数控专业教学的实践,构建了能力本位教学理念下的以培养学生的数控职业能力为核
心的、基于教学目标一体化、理论教学与实践教学一体化、学生与教师和教材一体化的
中等职业学校数控专业一体化教学模式。
中职数控专业的一体化教学模式以科学分解的数控人才培养目标为各门课程的教
学目标,实现教学目标的一体化;以学生主体与教师主导的教学活动为基础,实现学生
知识结构构建与能力形成的一体化;以“双师型”教师为必要条件,实现理论教学与实
践教学的一体化。在此基础上,本文提出了一体化教学模式的实施策略,并对存在的问
题进行了分析,提出了解决措施。

Abstract
The technology and equipment of numerical control is technology and equipment that
making core of advanced manufacture. The talent of grasping the technology of numerical
control is the key to play the role of numerical control equipment. The talent of numerical
control, especially the blue-collar skilled worker who is the biggest demand production play a
very important basis role which develop national economy. But the teaching pattern of
numerical control special field of secondary vocation school can not efficiently serve for
training talent of number control .It is hard to train talent of numerical control that meet the
enterprise production post working and development requirement. Based on teaching
practice more than 10 years in numerical control special field of secondary vocation school,
this paper study the teaching pattern of numerical control special field of secondary vocation
school with professional educational teaching theory as guidance.
This paper put forward some problems on the basis of the teaching present situation of
special field of the numerical control of secondary vocational school
