中文摘要
硕士生导师队伍是高等学校中重要的人力资源。他们作为高级人才即硕士研究生的直
接培养者,其整体素质水平的高低,将直接影响着硕士生的培养质量。因此,随着当前硕
士生教育的飞速发展,重视和加强高等学校硕士生导师队伍建设和管理,对于提高硕士生
的培养质量有着十分重要的现实意义。
本课题的创新之处在于对广西九所高校进行实地调研和问卷调查的基础上, 从导师
管理制度存在的问题出发,力求对导师管理体制有所革新,为提高研究生导师队伍质量提
供体制保障。
基于这一认识,本课题以广西高校硕士生导师队伍管理体制为研究对象,通过研究广
西高校硕士生导师队伍管理理论、管理现状,管理机制及制度,在借鉴国外硕士生导师队
伍管理经验的基础上,对广西高校硕士生导师队伍管理体制进行深化研究,从而提出创新
硕士生导师队伍管理体制的措施和对策。本课题的研究共分为六个部分:
第一部分:引言。阐述了本研究的问题由来、意义、概念、研究思路以及方法。
第二部分:硕士生导师队伍管理理论研究。阐述了导师人力资源管理理论及目标管理
理论。
第三部分:中外高校硕士生导师队伍管理比较研究。主要从美国、英国硕士研究生导
师管理体制与我国硕士生导师管理体制研究进行概述,并从他们的区别中得出启示。
第四部分:广西高校硕士生导师队伍管理的现状及问题分析。着重对硕士生导师队伍
的结构现状、科研工作情况、指导研究生情况以及建设管理情况进行调查与分析。并从现
象找出存在的本质问题并进行深入分析。
第五章:广西高校研究生导师队伍管理体制的创新研究。从提升管理观念、优化管理
机制、完善管理制度三个方面研究入手,构建了具有创新意义的广西高校硕士研究生导师
队伍管理体制。

Abstract
The team of master graduatestudents’ tutors of university is the most important human
resources. As a direct training to the master-graduate students who are the talented person, the
height of these tutors’ overall quality is direct impact the quality of master-graduate students.
Thus, with a master's degree education in the current rapid development, strengthen and attach
importance to the team of universities Master’s Tutor whose building and management is very
important to enhance the quality of master-graduate students.
