研发团队稳定性对项目管理绩效的影响研究
摘要
本文以汽车厂对零部件的产品研发流程要求为基础,根据项目生命
周期理论,对汽车零部件产品研发的项目周期进行了 4 个阶段的划分,
并就每个阶段的目标进行了阐述。同时以汽车零部件生产企业 V 公司为
背景,揭示了汽车零部件产品研发项目团队成员相对固定、项目数量多、
项目重叠、团队成员压力大等特点,并对汽车零部件研发项目的组织结
构进行了分析。
在依据项目管理绩效是项目、管理和绩效三者交集的基础上,本文
提出了其概念及其影响因素。通过运用投入产出理论,针对不同项目阶
段进行投入和产出分析,得出研发团队稳定性对项目管理绩效在不同阶
段的影响,并归纳出项目管理绩效的 6 个评定要素。通过实证研究,得
出团队稳定性对项目管理绩效在不同阶段的影响分布并进行了分析。
文章最后通过内因外因、主体客体分析和实证调查研究,总结出了
影响项目团队稳定性的 13 个要素,提出改善项目团队稳定性措施。对汽
车零部件产品研发项目而言,组织要通过为员工提供良好的成长和发展
空间、改进领导方式、提高福利待遇和减小项目压力等方面有相应措施,
以达到提高团队稳定性的目的,从而为提高企业的产品研发项目管理绩
效打好基础。

PERFORMANCE AND R&D TEAM STABILITY
ABSTRACT
Based on the process of new product development regulated by
automobile manufacturers and theory of project life cycle, the project cycle is
defined as 4 stages in the process of new product development of automobile
parts, and the goal of each stage is described. At the same time, using V firm,
an automobile parts manufacturer as background, this thesis reveals the
characteristic of the project, such as stable team member, lots of overlapped
project and big pressure to the team members. Analysis is carried out to
organization structure of the project.
The project management performance is the intersection of project,
management and performance, and the concept is brought forward by this
thesis. With the usage of the theory of Output—Input, different result got at
various stages and 6 factors are defined to the project management
performance. Research is done through data gotten by inquiring and
distribution is obtained via the impact of project team member stability to
project management performance.
This thesis concludes as much as 13 factors which will influence the
