文档介绍：华中农业大学2008届硕士学位论文摘要湖北新农村建设是在党的十六届五中全会作出建设社会主义新农村背景下,结合《湖北省经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》,实现我省社会主义现代化建设事业的重大战略举措。无论是农业的发展,农村的进步,还是农民的致富,深深寓含着对高等教育的需求。湖北高校应该立足湖北农村经济社会发展,勇于承担为服务湖北新农村建设的伟大使命。本文遵循高等教育的外部关系规律,从湖北新农村建设对高等教育的需求和湖北高校在服务湖北新农村建设过程中存在的问题着手,以高等学校社会服务职能的理论为指导,运用高等教育学学科相关理论和文献法、调查法、案例分析法等研究方法,理论和实践紧密结合,研究社会主义新农村建设背景下,高等教育服务的基本特征,探索高校服务湖北新农村建设的一般路径。同时对湖北政府、高校和农村提出相关的政策建议。本文正文分成六个部分展开。第一部分探讨了高等院校服务湖北新农村建设的概念界定及其理论基础。第二部分分析了高等院校服务湖北新农村建设的必要性与可能性。通过对高校社会服务职能和湖北新农村建设对高等教育的需求分析,解决了高等院校为什么要服务湖北新农村建设的问题。第三部分研究了高校服务湖北新农村建设的现状与问题。总结出政府、高校和农村三方面存在的问题,解决了高等院校要为湖北新农村建设服务什么的问题。第四部分通过对湖北省外高校服务各省新农村建设的成功案例分析,为高等院校成功进行湖北新农村建设服务工作提供经验借鉴与启示。第五部分指明了高校服务湖北新农村建设的路径选择。通过湖北新农村建设对高等教育的需求分析,提出高等院校在湖北新农村建设过程中切实有效的一般服务路径。第六部分提出了高校服务湖北新农村建设的政策与对策建议。通过在高校服务湖北新农村建设过程中政府、高校和农村三方面存在的问题分析,提出针对湖北政府、高校和农村的相关政策与对策建议,解决了如何促进与引导高校服务的问题。关键词:高等院校;新农村建设;服务路径;政策建议高等院校服务湖北新农村建设的路径与政策研究 Abstract Inresponse tothe 6th mittee of munist Party ofChina(CPC), the construction ofnew countryside inHubei province is allimportant and strategic meas珊e taken torealizesocialist modernization inHubei,in linewith the Planning OutlineofEconomic and Social Development inHubei entails higher education forthedevelopment ofagriculture,the advancement ofthecountryside, and wellbeing view oftheeconomic and socialdevelopment ofthe countryside,therefore,the institutionsofhigher education inHubei should striveand take onthegreat mission of newcountryside construction.
