文档介绍：摘要我国作为农业大国,自改革丌放以来,农村经济与社会发展虽然取得了长足进步,但“三农”问题仍然是十分重要和棘手的问题。农村经济如何发展?农业科技如何提高?农民人才从何而米?按照国务院颁布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010---2020)》(以下简称“《纲要》”),未来十年,高等农业院校的改革发展面临着四大战略任务:提高人才培养质量、提升科学研究水平、增强社会服务能力、优化结构办出特色。高等农业院校如何结合“_一农”工作需要,为新农村建设服务,为“农业增产、农民增收、农村繁荣注入强劲动力”, 成为一个非常有意义的课题。本文从新农村建设对高等教育的需求和高等农业院校在服务新农村建设中的实践和存在的问题着手,以高等农业院校的服务职能为指导,结合社会主义新农村建设和我国高等农业院校发展的实际,分析和研究高等农业院校服务新农村建设的路径,并提出具有一定现实意义的对策建议。本文从以下六个方面进行阐述:一、绪论,主要介绍本文的选题背景和意义、国内外研究现状、研究的思路和方法;二、介绍新农村建设的内涵,安徽农业发展概况和安徽省“十j.:五”时期新农村发展目标。三、对高等农业院校服务新农村建设的作用进行分析。通过对高等农业院校的服务职能和新农村建设对高等教育的需求,明确高等农、Ik院校服务新农村建设的重要意义;四、以儿所高等农业院校服务新农村建设为例,比较分析高等农业院校服务新农村建设的现状与存在的问题;五、探索新农村发展研究院成市背景下农业院校服务新农村建设的路径设计及路径选择;人、、政府和农村三方面的分析,对高等农业院校、地方政府和农村提出相关建议。关键词:高等农业院校,新农村建设,路径 Abstract As an agricultural country,in our country since reform and opening up,rural economic and social development has made great progress,but the problem of’agriculture,rural areas andfarmers”is stillvery important andpressing problem· How todevelop ruraleconomy?Agricultural scienceandtechnology how toimprove?
