区域旅游无障碍开发研究——以京津冀区域为例

摘要
随着旅游业竞争的加剧,打造无障碍旅游区,提高区域旅游整体竞争力,由区域竞
争走向区域融合,消除区域壁垒,达到区域间旅游资源、产品、市场和信息的共享,促
进区域旅游转型升级,达到区域旅游效益最大化,实现区域旅游可持续发展,已成为区
域旅游发展的重要取向。因此,本文以京津冀区域为研究对象,在参考大量国内外相关
文献资料基础上,立足区域发展的系统论、比较优势理论与区域可持续发展理论,对京
津冀区域建设无障碍旅游区进行了研究。
本文从无障碍旅游的影响因素出发,从京津冀区域旅游业发展现状和区域无障碍旅
游开发现状入手,分析京津冀区域开发无障碍旅游的障碍所在,揭示京津冀区域旅游无
障碍开发的优势基础,从而提出京津冀区域无障碍旅游开发的有效路径。
全文共分为六部分。绪论部分主要阐述了论文的研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究
目的、研究方法与研究路线;第二章主要是进行区域无障碍旅游开发涉及到的基础理论,
依据“系统理论、比较优势理论和可持续发展理论”,指导无障碍旅游区的构建;第三
章主要对影响无障碍旅游开发的影响因素进行了分析;第四章从京津冀地区旅游业的发
展水平、京津冀无障碍旅游发展的举措、京津冀无障碍旅游中的障碍表现几个方面分析
京津冀无障碍旅游开发现状;第五章分析京津冀无障碍旅游开发基础,从区域旅游层次
性开发、区域旅游线路一体化开发、区域旅游市场联合开发与促销、建立区域旅游无障
碍创新机制四个方面提出京津冀无障碍旅游开发的方略。在结语部分揭示了本文的结论
和有待探讨的问题。

Abstract
With the tourism petition intensified, creating barrier-free tourism and
improving the petitiveness of regional tourism, from the petition to
regional interation, eliminating regional barriers, achieving the sharing of the tourism
resources, products,markets and information in the inter-regional area, promoting regional
tourism upgrade, maximize the benefits of regional tourism and achieving sustainable
development of regional area have e an important regional tourism development
orientation
Therefore, this paper taken Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as an example,based on a large
number of domestic and foreign literature,adopt regional development theory,parative
advantage theory and the regional sustainable development,studies the building of the
barrier-free tourism zone in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
This paper from the impact of factors,from Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regional area
tourism development situation,analyses the barrier in the regional tourism barrier-free
development,reveals the advantage base,then puts forward the effective approach for the
development of the regional barrier-free tourism.
