城郊接合部中学语文阅读教学中个性化教学的研究
中文提要
阅读教学在语文教学中具有举足轻重的地位,历时最长,课时最多。学生语文素
养的形成和提高主要来源于阅读教学。因此围绕阅读教学产生了很多新的理念和方
法,个性化教学就是其中一条。即教师以不同类型学生的个性、心理为出发点,采用
有针对性的,适合学生实际情况的教学方式或方法,使学生掌握阅读知识,培养阅读
感受、理解、欣赏、评价能力的同时,人格健康发展。
城郊接合部中学是随着社会化进程,现代化教育的发展,而出现的一个以贫困人
口子女,基础差、底子薄的学生和外来务工人员子女为主要生源的学校。学生中绝大
多数在智力、心理发展特征上和其他学生没有差异,但是在学习动机、学习习惯、学
业能力、学业成绩上差距较大。学生中近百分之六十因为各种原因成为“学困生”;
仅百分之三十左右的学生基础较好,成绩处于中上层次;还有百分之十左右的学生属
于“完全放弃型”。面对这样一个以“学困生”为主体的生源结构,要提高课堂教学
的效益,教师只有从这三类学生的学业掌握情况为出发点,实施个性化教学。
通过“自主预习模式”,养成学生独立阅读、思考、品味作品并动手书写感悟的
语文阅读习惯,为课堂教学提供基础性的保障;在教学过程中,通过传授学生必要的
阅读各类文体作品的方法,为学生提高鉴赏、分析能力及课后自学指明方向;在课堂
教学内容的选择上,做到“一课一得”,把学生注意力集中最本质、最需要掌握的部
分,通过“一练一文”帮助学生巩固知识,并灵活运用知识,提高课堂教学的成效。
当然在具体的实施过程中,我们根据不同类型的学生在数量、质量方面提出不同层次
的要求,对于部分基础较好的学生,开辟阅读讨论课,促进他们的阅读走向深入。总
之,通过加强基础知识、基本技能的训练,通过推动学生参与各项语文实践活动等,
使得各种不同类型学生的语文素养都有所提高。

Reading teaching plays an important role in the teaching of Chinese. It needs the
longest time during the course. Students mainly get the language literacy from the reading
teaching and then can improve their ability of reading. So, there are a lot of new ideas and
methods about reading teaching and Individualized teaching is one of them. Individualized
teaching means teachers first divide students into some types according to their
personalities and mentalities. Different kinds of students will be taught by different
methods which are suitable for their practical situation. In this way, students master the
knowledge about how to read and can create the feeling, the understanding of reading. At
