中文摘要
新一轮基础教育课程改革最核心的标志是学生学习方式的深刻变革,“体验”
则是新课程改革的核心思想之一,它意味着教育教学中学生主体性的充分发挥,
因此,研究以“体验”为主的教学模式具有非常重要的意义。
本文本着提高学生学习数学的兴趣和效率,提高学生的数学应用意识,根据
研究国内外特别是国内“体验式教学”的成功教学模式,根据学生的认知特征和高中
数学教学的过程特征,提出:在高中数学教学中开展“自我体验式教学”。
本文以现代教育教学理论为指导,采用理论研究与实践研究相结合的方法,
系统阐述了高中数学“自我体验式教学”的含义和理论基础,提出了“自我体验式教
学”的内涵和特征,以及“自我体验式教学”的实施原则。以文献研究,调查问卷,
案例分析的研究方法并结合自身的教学实践,初步提出了在高中数学教学中如何
实施“自我体验式教学”模式、分析了该教学模式的实践效果并提出了自己的一
点思考。

Abstract
New basic education curriculum reform, the core is marked by profound changes
in the way students learn, "experience" is the core idea of the new curriculum reform
one of its main means of teaching students the full play, and therefore the study of "

This spirit of improving student interest in mathematics and efficiency, increase
