小学阶段是学生成长的基础阶段,它为学生高一届阶段的学习打下扎实的基础,
同时也是学生生理心理成长的关键时期。随着社会生活的信息化和经济的全球化,英
语正在成为一种广泛使用的国际语言。在“早学比晚学好”的理念下,越来越多的国
家和地区在小学开设英语课。《小学英语课程教学基本要求(试行)》规定,根据小学
生的生理和心理特点以及发展需求,小学阶段英语课程的目的是:激发学生学习英语
的兴趣,培养他们英语学习的积极态度,使他们建立初步的英语学习自信心;培养学
生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础,使他们形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的
能力,为进一步学习打下基础。
插班学困生由于各种原因造成的英语学习落差,一方面给他的学习带来压力;另
一方面也给他的心理成长带来危害。
在提倡以人为本,提高全民素质的今天,如何在教育教学工作中关心插班学困生
心理成长,提高插班学困生英语成绩?通过分析插班学困生的个人因素、插班学困生
的家长因素、插班学困生的教师因素,以及由此进行的干预措施,在理论和实践的基
础上总结和形成一套适合我校生源特点的转化策略,就成为我校教师的当务之急。

Abstract
Primary school students the basic stage of growth, it is high for students next stage of
learning to lay a solid foundation, but also physiological and psychological growth of
students in the critical period. With the social life of information technology and economic
globalization, English is ing a widely used international language. In the "early
learning to learn rather than later" philosophy, more and more countries and regions in
primary schools, English classes. "Primary English Teaching basic requirements (Trial)"
