文档介绍：地下车库的设计郭亭君大连建筑设计研究所有限公司辽宁大连 116021 摘要:随着社会经济的飞速发展,人们的生活质量越来越高,车在人们生活中的普遍性也越来越大,而近些年来城市用地日益紧张,如何解决城市建设中停车难的问题已成为重中之重,文章就地下停车库建筑设计要点进行了相关阐述,分别从库外设计和库内设计两方面进行了划分,其中包括地下车库的平面设计、出入口设计、应急照明设计、通风排烟设计、防火分区设计和智能化管理设计等要点。关键词:地下车库;设计;平面规划;通风排烟;照明 Abstract: along with the rapid economic development ofsociety, people's quality oflife more and more high, the car inpeople life ing more and more universal, and inrecent years the city land increasingly nervous, how tosolve the city construction parking problem has e atop priority, the underground parking building design main point to carry onthe related elaboration, separately from the library design and machinery design two aspects are classified, including underground garage ofgraphic design, the design, emergency lighting design, ventilation smoke design, fire partition design and intelligent management design points. Keywords: underground garage; Design; Plane planning; Ventilation smoke; lighting 中图分类号: 文献标识码: A文章编号: 2095-2104 (2013 ) 一、地下车库的库外设计要点(一)地下车库的平面设计根据《汽车库建筑设计规范》要求,设计汽车库时柱网尺寸一般为 ~ ( 应视柱子断面而定) ,地下车库的层高则可根据地下停车的空间大小,车库安全净高取 ~ 为宜。住宅小区的地下汽车库的设计一般采用坡道式汽车库并以垂直式停车为主。坡道式汽车库坡道设计时应使其坡道系统在每层楼面上周转通车道畅通,形成上、下行连续不断的通路,并应防止上、下行车交叉。在满足防火分区的前提下,减少砖墙的空间分隔,使行车者行车视野较为通透, 减少压抑感。为保证进车和倒车流畅,减少起步及停车的次数,降低行车过程中汽车尾气污染,车库内行车道不应过多的曲折迂回,行车道宜为环形。行车道及车库出入口处应减少使用减速带和减速槛,地面采用耐磨、防滑混凝土刚性面层,同时在停车位距墙 处设地面轮挡,避免行车过程中对车造成损害。(二)地下车库的出入口设计地下车
