文档介绍：企业质量管理系统的设计与实现摘要摘要质量是企业生存和发展的保证,也是的综合反映。信息时代的企业,因质量数据的复杂性,必须采用具有先进信息技术的质量管理模式。作为ERP系统的重要组成部分,质量管理系统QMS,因其关乎企业的生存和发展而显得格外迫切需要。本文作者参与开发了“企业ERP项目质量管理系统”。本文研究了企业的需求情况,设计了ERP系统中质量管理系统的体系结构; 依据企业的生产特点和业务流程,分析不同部门的间业务逻辑与相互联系;通过遴选预测对象,利用一元回归分析,对产品质量进行预测;进而修订完善质量计划,分解计划进行事中控制,并进行统计和查询事后控制,建立了完整的质量管理系统的功能模型。从软件工程的角度出发,在J2EE软件平台上,进行详细的系统软件设计与开发,通过系统的模块设计、人机界面设计以及数据库设计三个方面来描述,利用质量管理模型和相关算法,设计和实现了离散型制造企业的质量管理系统,并进行了验证。关键词企业资源规划ERP,质量管理系统Oms,质量管理模型,质量稳态 p胁畸秭磕饬毒删届&物姒n j9增企业质量管理系统的设计与实现 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Quality iS abusiness enterprise to exist with develops of guarantee. This paper studied the demand condition ofenterprises,designed the quality management system architecture ofERP:based on the characteristics of production and business processes, analysiS the business logic andmutual links between different sectors ofthe business: passing to select to predict the object,make use of statistics the analysiS,confronting the deal product proceed the estimate:then ing the better quantity plan,resolving theplan proceed tocontrol in the matter,proceeding finally the covariance check the control plete the time,constituting plete quality management system. According to software engineering technology,on the J2EE software platform,the discrete enterprise qual ity management system which based on the production planning architecture model and the optimi zed algorithms is explained in terms of how it isdesigned and implemented.
