文档介绍：产品质量管理系统的设计与实现摘要摘要产品质量是企业生存和发展的保证。处在信息时代的企业,因产品质量数据的复杂性,必须采用具有先进信息技术的质量管理模式。作为ERP系统的重要组成部分,质量管理系统,其关乎企业的生存和发展,因而显得格外迫切需要。本文对企业的需求情况进行了详细的了解,设计了ERP系统中质量管理系统的体系结构;依据企业的生产特点和业务流程,分析不同部门的间业务逻辑与相互联系;通过遴选预测对象,利用一元回归分析,对产品质量进行预测;进而修订完善质量计划,分解计划进行事中控制,并进行统计和查询事后控制,建立了完整的质量管理系统的功能模型。本系统在J2EE软件平台上,进行详细的系统软件设计与开发,通过系统的模块设计、人机界面设计以及数据库设计三个方面来描述,利用质量管理模型和相关算法,设计和实现了离散型制造企业的质量管理系统。关键词:ERP,质量管理系统,J2EE,质量管理模型 ABSTRACT Quality is abusiness enterprise to exist with develops of guarantee. must to use the qual ty management modes of advanced nformat on an ponent of the ERP system,the qual ity management system is particularly important because of it relating to survival and has not formed acomprehensive controlling course on whole enterprise production system.
