煤的水分是评价煤炭经济价值的基本指标。选煤厂的出厂产品必须尽量降低水分。离心脱水机是选煤厂最重要的设备,也是加工精度和技术含量较高的设备。
在充分分析和理解传统振动离心机的原理、优缺点后,本设计本着发展民族工业,走自已创新之路的精神,在徐州大陆振动公司专利(专利2607200)的基础上并结合其专利产品DWL-1000单振子卧式振动离心机和CMI公司生产的VC立式振动离心机,设计了此自同步双振子立式振动离心机。
本设计克服了VC48、VC56立式离心机结构复杂,维修特别困难等缺点,同时解决了DWL-1000单振子卧式振动离心机在使用中存在的问题,并参考上述传统振动离心机,在设计出VVC自同步立式振动离心机(处理能力为250t/h)。该立式振动离心机,与现有技术相比,在结合传统振动离心机生产效率高,脱水效果好,易于控制优点的同时,简化其结构,使其结构紧凑合理,运转更为可靠,而且不需专门的润滑系统,并设计了专门的方便维修管理的通道,方便了维修,具有广泛的实用性。
该立式振动离心机是目前世界上结构最为简单的离心机,造价也最低,最适用于浮选精煤和煤泥的脱水。

Abstract
The moisture of coal is a basic target of estimating economic value of products of coal washery must drop the moisture of coal to the best of their hydro extrator model is the importantest facility of coal washery,is also has more working accuracy and technique content.
After plenty analyzing and understanding the principle and merits and faults of tradition oscillation centrifugal design is in order to develop national industry and in the way of originality design bases on the patent mainland libration pany of XuZhou and unites this patent of single shaker horizontal oscillation centrifugal machine ,this patent is DWL-1000,and pany products VC vertical oscillation centrifugal design is self-synchronizing two shakers vertical oscillation centrifugal machine.
This design wins plex framework and difficult service of VC48、VC56 vertical oscillation centrifugal machine and solves this problem in use of DWL-1000 single shaker horizontal oscillation centrifugal machine,and reference tradition oscillation centrifugal design is VVC self-synchronizing two shakers vertical oscillation centrifugal machine(the ability of dispose is 250t/h).This oscillation centrifugal machine has the advantages of the efficiency of pruduce is high, the effect of ation is good,is easy to control,framework is simple and with reason,operation is has not expert lube oil system,and desig
