高校学生体育社团意义、地位与存在问题的研究
―以沈阳师范大学为例

高校学生体育社团的迅速发展,引起了国内学者的广泛关注。大部分国内学
者对高校学生体育社团现状作过不少研究,针对其发展中存在的问题提出不少建
议和对策,然而,在现实中并未发现高校学生体育社团的发展状况有明显的改善。
在前期调研中发现主管学生社团的职能部门对高校学生体育社团存在价值和地
位的判断和认识还很浅显,才造成了对其关注不足。基于这样的思路,本研究试图
以社会学的视角,深入系统地挖掘高校学生体育社团存在的意义和地位,提高相
关管理职能部门对大学生体育社团存在价值和地位的认识,增加对其的关注程
度。另外通过对现有问题的梳理,则有助于我们采取得力的措施,促进和帮助其健
康地发展。
本研究选取沈阳师范大学的 8 个学生体育社团作为研究对象,运用文献资料
法、访谈法、案例分析法、观察法,通过对学生体育社团的成立情况、类型与规
模、成员构成、活动情况等数据的统计,了解沈阳师范大学学生体育社团的基本
情况,利用观察和访谈的感性素材进行归纳和整理,对高校学生体育社团的意义
和地位进行深入分析,研究得出:(1)学生体育社团作为大学生压力释放和情绪
宣泄的一个安全“出口”,使得高校学生体育社团的安全阀作用凸显出来,这是
赋予高校学生体育社团的真正意义;(2)学生体育社团成员在普通学生中占有较
高的地位,虽然学生体育社团在学生社团中的地位与预期存在一定的差距,但两
大精品体育社团的成功和学校领导、学生的深刻印象预示着学生体育社团在学生
社团中的地位会日益提高;(3)针对沈阳师范大学学生体育社团存在的问题,只
有提高相关管理职能部门对高校学生体育社团意义和地位的认识程度,才能促进
其健康的发展,更好地发挥其效能。

Abstract
The rapid development of the Student Sports Associations has aroused extensive
attention from scholars. Most scholars research in the Student Sports Associations and
made a number of suggestions in order to solve the problems in its development,
however, we did not see significantly improve of the Student Sports Associations in
reality. At my beginning research, I found petent departments of Student
Sports Associations had very simple understandings of the value and stats of the
Student Sports Associations and this led the lack of attentions, I try to research in the
view of sociology and summarize the importance of the Student Sports Associations
systematically, in order to improve the managements' understanding of Students
Sports Associations and increase the degree of its concerns. In addition, by sorting out
the existing problems, it can help us to take effective measures to promote its healthy
development.
