文档介绍：成都中医药大学硕士学位论文日立7170全自动生化分析仪检测体系的建立与验证姓名:江泽友申请学位级别:硕士专业:实验诊断学指导教师:张朝明 2007-04 成都中医药大学 2007 届硕士学位论文 1 中文摘要目的: 建立和验证日立 7170 全自动生化分析仪检测体系, 探讨检测体系的建立和验证的方法和意义。方法: 通过精密度、准确度、灵敏度、线性范围、参考值范围等的评价或确认,建立国产试剂及校准品与日立 7170 全自动生化分析仪构成的新检测体系;以新体系的精密度及新体系对日立- 罗士体系的偏倚,以方法学决策图评价新体系; 以本室卫生部临床检验中心室间质评回报的偏倚及室内质控的长期稳定的不精密度,以方法学决策图验证整个日立 7170 检测体系,并按质控规则选择表确定体系的室内质控规则。结果: 磷的方法性能不合格,葡萄糖、尿素、肌酐、白蛋白、胆固醇、钙、镁等项目的方法性能差, 总蛋白和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的方法性能中等,尿酸、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、 r- 谷氨酰转肽酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白 A、载脂蛋白 B、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、 a- 羟基丁酸、淀粉酶的项目的方法性能优异。结论: 通过实验证实,本实验室的日立 7170 检测体系的大多数检测项目方法性能优异,但还有项目的方法性能差,甚至有一个项目方法性能不合格;导致方法性能差的原因是多方面的,有真对性的选择适合仪器和实验室情况的国产试剂和校准品是可行的;即使是使用了仪器配套的试剂和校准品的检测项目其方法性能也有差的,因此只有在完善和落实好包括检测体系验证的各项质量管理体系文件,才能逐步提高检测质量,让病人得到一个满意的、准确可靠的检验结果。关键词: 检测体系建立与验证日立 7170 全自动生化分析仪日立7170 全自动生化分析仪检测体系的建立与验证 2 ABSTRACT Objective: Establish and avlidate the tes ting system of Hitachi 7170 automatic biochemical analyzer, St udy the methods and meaning of. establishing and avlidating the testing system.
