文档介绍：( 类别: 全日制硕士研究生题目:煤尘抑尘剂的研究英文题目: Reseach of the Coal-dust suppressants 研究生:王新会学科名称:化学工艺指导教师:高俊二○一〇年五月硕士学位论文分类号: 学校代码: 10128 UDC: 学号: 20071153 摘要本文主要针对当前煤炭行业中存在的煤尘污染环境及运输过程中的煤炭损失等现象,研究制备了一种抑制煤尘的化学抑尘剂,以控制煤炭在生产、加工、储存和运输过程中产生的环境污染等问题。论文在实验过程中,选择以淀粉、硅酸钠、丙三醇为主要原料,通过正交试验寻找到了较优配方及制备工艺条件:配方中淀粉加入量为 5g/100mlH 2O;硅酸钠加入量为 9g/100mlH 2 O; 2 O。制备工艺条件为: 在3000r/min 的转速下,恒温搅拌30~40 分钟。在煤尘抑尘剂制备工艺条件和较优配方确定的基础上,实验测定了抑尘剂的表面张力、粘度、抗蒸发率、保水性、吸湿率、抗风性能、抗雨淋性能、强度等主要性能。实验结果表明:制备得到的抑尘剂在常温下的粘度值为 ·s;;在40℃的条件下具有较好的抗蒸发性; % %,说明在使用过程中该抑尘剂具有较好的吸湿性和保水性,从而能够获得较好的抑尘效果;该抑尘剂的强度值可达到 ,表明具有较高的抗压性能,能够满足使用过程抵抗外力的基本要求;在严寒和高温气候条件下该抑尘剂仍表现出较好的性能,而且能够抵御大约5 级风力的侵蚀。通过在煤场进行的现场实验,进一步表明该抑尘剂的抑尘效果良好,具有实际应用价值。此外还对沙土进行了相关的抑尘实验,结果表明该抑尘剂对沙土也具有良好的抑尘效果。关键词: 煤尘抑尘剂;淀粉;性能;效果 Abstract The research focuses on the coal encount ered in the process of environmental pollution and transportation problems of coal losses,which existent in the coal industry. Researching prepared a chemical dust suppressant s, to solve environmental pollution problems and the loss of coal issu the process of the experiment, I chose to starch, sodium silicate, with gly cerol as the main raw materials. Through orthogonal test find the better formula and th e preparation conditions: the quantity of starch formulation is 5g/100mlH 2O; adding sodium volume 9g/100mlH 2 O; glycerol addition is 2 O. Preparation conditions ar e: the speed at 3000r/min, the constant stirring 30-40 minutes.
