文档介绍:摘要
机械冲击粉碎是建材行业材料破碎的主要手段,其设备效率是重要的技术和经济指标。目前在破碎机的设计研究中,主要集中在耐磨材料和常规设计的改进。本次设计要求:a、最大进料粒度:≤50mm;b、出料粒度:≤5mm;c、生产能力:12-15t/h。选用PCL750-4立轴锤式破碎机。立轴锤式破碎机接合了反击式破碎机和锤式破碎机的优点并加以改进的优良破碎机。我进行的主要工作是分析其工作原理,实地观察了它的工作过程,计算主要部位的数据。设计的内容包括锤头、反击板、隔板、转子、轴、轴承以及皮带等一些重要的零部件计算,确定了电动机的型号以及键、油管和密封装置。除了以上工作量外我还对国内破碎机现状做了总结和未来发展的方向。

Abstract
Mechanical impact crushed the building materials industry is the primary means of broken material, the equipment efficiency is an important technical and economic indicators. Currently in the design of the study Crusher is mainly concentrated in the wear-resistant materials and general design improvements. The design requirements: a, the maximum feed size: ≤ 50mm; b, the particle size: ≤ 5mm; c, production capacity :12-15t / h. Use PCL750-4 Vertical Crusher. Hammer Crusher Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher bonding a hammer crusher and the advantages and improved the fine crusher. My main work is to analyze the working principle, field observations of its working process, calculate the main parts of the data. Design including hammer, impact plate, diaphragm, rotor, shaft, bearings and belts and some other important parts calculations to determine the type of motor as well as keys, tubing and seals. Workload in addition to the above I also made the domestic crusher status summary and future direction.
