With the popularity of bank card, bank card consumer rights and interests suffer violation with each passing day. This situation is also of concern. This paper explains the related concepts of the bank card consumer, and an analysis of the relationship between bank card consumers and banks and the relationship between bank card consumers and merchants is made. Through this analysis, the article explains the particularity of bank card consumers. The article fully discusses the current China’s bank card consumer rights and interests protection deficiencies and causes, at the same time learn the American and British bank card consumer rights and interests protection system. The paper attempts from the multiple perspectives improve our bank card consumer rights and interests protection system.
