基于绩效管理理论的高校体育专业学生综合能力的评价指标体

摘要
本研究采用文献资料法,移植法,问卷调查法、数理统计法对高校体育专业学生综合能
力进行了系统研究。首先介绍了绩效管理产生的时代背景、原理及精髓,简言之就是,绩效
管理是一个包括绩效实施、绩效计划、绩效考核、绩效改进 4 个基本流程,注重“持续、开
放、双向的沟通”,具有“激励功能”的“以人为本”、“战略导向”的管理。然后对引入绩
效管理的可行性以及引入绩效管理的必要性进行了分析。最后构建了高校体育专业学生综合
能力的绩效管理系统。
在高校体育专业学生综合能力绩效管理系统构建这一部分,首先对高校体育专业培养目
标(作为战略层面)进行了解析,然后按照绩效管理的流程从绩效计划——高校体育专业学
生综合能力培养计划的制定,绩效实施——高校体育专业学生综合能力培养计划的实施,绩
效考核——高校体育专业学生综合能力评价体系的建立,绩效改进——高校体育专业学生综
合能力提高的对策研究(基于 PBSC)4 个方面分别进行了详细的阐述。
本研究的意义和目的在于不单单对体育教育专业学生所应具有的能力进行研究,而且对
运动训练、社会体育、运动人体科学、民族传统体育专业的学生所应具有的能力也进行了研
究,为高校体育专业学生综合能力的科学、合理的评价提供了参照标准。此外,对高校体育
专业学生综合能力的培养构建了绩效管理系统,为高校体育专业学生综合能力的培养提供了
新的视角,为培养出适应新时代要求的体育专业大学生,完成高等教育及学院、系的培养目
标提供了借鉴意义。

Abstract
In this study, literature, transplantation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics on
college sports professional ability of students to an integrated system. First of all, the introduction
of performance management time arising from the background, principle and essence, in short is
that performance management is the implementation of a performance, performance plans,
performance evaluation, performance improvement of four basic processes, focus on "continuing,
open, two-munication" with "incentive functions" of the "people-oriented",
"strategy-oriented" management. And on the Sports Institute of the feasibility of the introduction
of performance management as well as PE students cultivate the ability to introduce an integrated
performance management need to be analyzed. Finally build a college student'prehensive
ability professional performance management system.
