基于核心能力的企业战略

摘要

世纪年代以来经济全球化科学技术的发展正改变着企
业的竞争环境我国在这样的背景下加入我国企业面临着较之
以往更加严峻的挑战如何维护提高企业的竞争力将直接决定企业
能否生存和发展而这又基于合理的战略指导企业战略是面对不断
变化的经营环境为求得长期生存和不断发展而进行的总体性规划
本文首先对当前经济技术环境进行了分析正是由于企业竞争环境
的剧烈变化使得企业战略的重要性日益凸现然而在我国开展战略
管理的研究和实践才刚刚开始还有待于进一步的探索和研究我国
企业要想在世界竞争的舞台上立于不败之地必须尽快提升战略管理
水平这样才能赢得先机国外对于企业战略的研究开始于上世纪
年代并且随着竞争环境的变化而不断发展先后出现了设计学
派计划学派环境理论以及分析模型和五力分析模型
上世纪年代初普拉哈拉德和哈默提出了核心能力的概念经过
进一步的研究和发展核心能力成为了新一代企业战略理论核心能
力理论是对国外部分优秀企业成功经验的总结中国是一个发展中大
国企业的发展状况参差不齐而且总体来看竞争力弱核心能力理
论对中国企业是否具有指导意义如何将其运用于中国企业的实

践本文在最后两章首先对企业核心能力的内涵进行了辨析然后
对中国企业能否实施核心能力战略进行了分析最后对我国企业如
何实施核心能力战略提出了几点建议

Abstract

Since 1980th, economy globalization and the development of
science and technology are changing the enterprise'petition
environment. Under this circumstance, China enters WTO. Chinese
enterprises face more rigorous challenge than it before. How to
support and increase the enterprise'petence will directly
decide the enterprise whether it can exist with develop or not, but
this is according to reasonable direction of strategy . Enterprise
strategy is the overall plan carried on for trying to achieve and
survive for a long time and develop constantly in the face of the
constantly changeable management environment .This paper firstly
analysis economy and technique environment. Because of the
violent changeses of environment, the enterprise strategy e
more and more impotent. But research and practice of developping
strategic management in our country have just begun , Await
